Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park

Expensive and still charge for parking, even as a honors member. Not close to a lot of shopping or restaurants. Not really impressed with the facilities.

Other than that the people are great; helpful and pleasant. The restaurant had delicious food and it was affordable. We did not use the pool this time. We asked for a room refresh and it was honored quickly. The sore has a Starbucks, ice cream freezer, good selection of drinks and snacks. I enjoyed the Hydro-Massager bed. Free two minute trial and one of the beds will let you purchase ten minutes for $10. Totally worth it!

staff was very informative and helpful flew in from Colorado Springs Co on a solo trip I felt very safe will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa. The Airport was 7 mins away perfect

Nice building updated suites Connected suites are so thin walls omg You can hear people talking horrible I asked front desk to give us west facing room She had changed eye lances She gave me the keys saying I would have any problems soo The room was easy facing … The hotel wasn’t full etc It was so easy to do Tv did not work at this point we won’t staying at this Hilton again

The young lady the checked me in. I stood there waiting to check in and she was on the phone. She looked up once and seen me standing there and had the nerve to look back at her phone. Everytime I walked through the lobby, she was on her phone.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room. Beautiful view. Good location. Carpet on the floor of the room. No microwave in the room, only on request. Tub was too small. Would have preferred a shower. Charge for parking even though the cost was less per night than other hotels. Marriott across the street does not charge.

It’s nicer than I expected! WiFi issues

Everything was excellent EXCEPT YOUR TRASH CANA IN THE ROOM. They were too stinking small. And the top of one of them was just a narrow slit. What the heck? You can’t tell me you can’t afford bigger better trash cans!! That was my only complaint and it just sucked. Sorry but it really did. We filled the tiny things up on day one. Otherwise it was great!!

We went to relax and we were able to, however the hot tub jets did not work well and there were bugs in it. I don’t know how frequently it is cleaned but we stayed on a Thursday and Friday and kind of expected it to be a bit more clean. There were also a ton of ants around the pool deck too. These aren’t complaints just things I noticed and other guests also noticed. It is the great outdoors but it is a little difficult to lean your head back and unwind when you’re afraid of ants biting your neck. The room was clean and if you’re doing a business moment or staying somewhere and want solitude, it was great for that. The hotel is very tranquil and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also very quiet and spacious. Overall, it was a good stay, I just wish the hot tub was better.
