great customer service at check in

The water in the shower wasn’t draining so we had to shower in filth . The ceiling fan wasn’t working and the fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. We saw all types of cockroaches & ants. We got a late check out at noon and they were banging on the door at 10am . Landline phone didn’t work and they don’t believe in suppling ice and paper towels; even though it was a room with a kitchenette . Toilet wasn’t working properly as well .

It was economical but I think it's better to spend a little more fir better stay. Almost everything

We reserved a King bed, turned out unavailable. Lift did not work, horrible internet: insecure and could not login with iPad (PC and phone worked). No breakfast, just coffee. Avoid.

This was the worst Extended Stay I’ve ever been to. I always pick there because they’re always great but this one was awful. The room had dead roaches, the toilet took 3 flushes to actually go down. The breakfast was not what it’s like at others. Not to emotion I didn’t know this was a live in facility. There was people with plants in the upper windows and a car had a grill in the back of its trunk. The staff was really nice and that’s the only thing that was good about this place.

The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke very badly, the microwave was badly rusted and so was the shower.

THERE IS NO POOL AT THIS LOCATION. Everything was good except one of the stairways smelled like pee.

Very easy find and adequate parking.

Parking was good. Staff excellent but the only thing to complain about was there were no ice machines just ice trays in freezer to be filled and wait to get hardened. Otherwise would definitely use again
