The hotel was stylish, my room was extraordinary, and the staff were welcoming. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me and that sealed the deal for me. N/A

On of the decent place in the area. Always stay here when around. Recommend. The bath towels should be replace.

We love this hotel, we have stayed here numerous times. It's always so clean, staff is super nice, the restaurant is so good, and drinks and views at the rooftop bar are amazing! Definitely recommend!

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and no issues apart from only one paper coffee cup per person - I asked why and was told that guests were discouraged from taking coffee in the room when they could have it and pay for it in the restaurant! Breakfast: we paid for breakfast included but were asked to pay extra for some items including coffee. We did not expect a limited breakfast - no pastries, fruit etc. It was clearly one set breakfast and anything extra was to be paid for - not good enough! Rooftop lounge was closed for a private function twice which was disappointing! We paid in advance to Booking.com but the hotel took full payment on my credit card (£540.00 GDP)- very unprofessional and no answer when we emailed the hotel. This has been repaid to us now after 2 weeks. The Hotel is very clearly used to corporate customers on a business budget but is not for families

This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever. We will definitely be returning next year. The room was spacious, the shower and bath robes were amazing. The roof top bar was beautiful. Overall just a really beautiful hotel.

Superb

We chose it for the proximity to PIE Airport. We were so pleasantly surprised at the entire hotel. From the arrival, the spacious room and bath, to the quiet atmosphere , to the excellent menus. We didn’t visit the rooftop bar as our stay was brief. I would drive out of the way to stay again.
