Very convenient location. Close to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooms were very clean. The staff checked us in and then gave our room to another guest. Imagine our surprise when we entered our room to find a whole family in our room. Also, there is no lobby or public restroom, which we needed after a 4 hour drive. Parking is convenient but limited.

The rooms are very clean & comfortable. We also were able to get in early enough to get a parking spot which is a nice plus! Appreciate that parking is free. Front staff was helpful.

Soft comfy beds and our stay suited all four of us in the family (ages 14, 17 and over 40 years old). Highly recommend that you do your sitings with the car before check - in at 3 p.m so that you are guaranteed a parking lot. You can probably stretch it until 4 p.m and still get parking. Good places to eat on Chestnut street approx. 15-20 min nice walk from the hotel.

I'm happy that this hotel is doing well. I LOVE the beds. They are nice and firm. It's the only time I get revenge at all the other hotels that have beds that are like marshmallows and cause back aches. If i cannot book at Casa Inn, I just don't go to San Francisco. The rooms are very comforting to return to after being out all day. I hope they will open more hotels in SF and keep this winning design style and bed choice.

Updated rooms and very clean. A bit noisy on main street but not too bad. Didn’t like that you’re not guaranteed a parking place.

The location was convenient, and the staff were polite. The room was very small and did not feel clean. The floor was dirty, and I had to wipe it myself with baby wipes because we were staying with children. The beds were uncomfortable, there was mold in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the room felt modern and new but poorly maintained, and not comfortable for a family stay.
