Not very well maintained, poor housekeeping. Other than that decent place for the price and helpful staff.

Our room was dirty. There were cockroaches all over. The pool was filthy and the vending machines were out of order and the front desk was trying to sell small bottles of water for $6 or a can of warm soda for $3. It was the worst Hotel experience.
-
Carpets were awful, couldn’t get up at night to the bathroom since the carpets were so nasty. I asked the concierge what the amenities were and they didn’t know what the word meant.

For a hotel under $100, I thought that this was a very good option. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Bear minimum on amenities with no coffee machine but having a fridge.

The carpet was filthy, the refrigerator was unplugged, hot and I found a cockroach on it while looking for the cord which I found tucked out of sight behind the wall unit/dresser. The refrigerator did work once it was plugged in. There was no luggage rack, no hangers nor anywhere to hang clothes. there was a full size ironing board and iron. The tv didn't work. the coaxial cable looked like it had been yanked it if the wall. the wire part was sticking out. Had to shove it in to get it to work. Around midnight-1am of our 2nd (and last) night, the smoke alarm sounded briefly and started beeping every 10 seconds. We were told couldn't be fixed till morning. We could change rooms IF there was one available. We disconnected it. Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The walls are thin and we had a storage closet next to our room, so noise was frequent. We also had a dripping shower head and cleaning staff was unable to get to our room during the whole 4 days. There was poor circulation, with only one window and the lighting could be improved. Perhaps a ceiling fan/light combo should be installed. Homeless people in the area were a drawback, but plenty of stores, food options and groceries nearby.

Room was not very good. Flying insects in room. Bit several times. Attempted to obtain insect repellent from the front desk, but all they had was lysol. Frame was sticking out of mattress and it was easy to injure a foot or leg, which we did. Checked out the same evening to a more comfortable hotel. Very disappointed in the room. Front desk staff was trying to be helpful but we're unable to accommodate our request.

Honestly the staff wasn't very nice and we were kinda glad we were only there the one night. Ya were nice for a night but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone really.

Roaches infested room, front desk didn't have a clean room for us. Took key back and didn't issue refund as of this review. Waiting on Expedia to try and get refund for us. My family of 4 had to sleep in car as all other hotels were already booked

Rude night front desk, roaches, dirty,. Day staff better but was told night staff should of had clean sheets and roach spray but no. Will never stay here again.
-
Old property. Good price but not well maintained. Had to ask for clean towels
-
great air conditioning, quiet and clean
-
We stayed for 1 night. The next morning we saw many roaches, including dead baby roach on bed. There were 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds as in the room description.
-
Room smelly Absolute minimum amenities Terrible location nearby porn clubs Expensive! for what they offer
-
It was okay for one night, arriving late and leaving early, I guess. I felt like I was in a 70s roadtrip/slasher movie. Everything is old and the carpet surely could tell a story or two…
-
We stayed for 13 hrs and saw 3 roaches in our room. Got 2 rooms and were placed far from each other for some reason. A/C in 213 didn’t work. Will never stay here again.
-
The first room was dirty, it still had last guest trash. We were given another room and as soon as we started to get ready for bed, the bed had roaches. Then they were in the wall. We couldn’t stay there. We asked for a refund, it was 11:58pm when we left. It’s disappointing, exactly last year we stayed here and we loved it. Not sure what went wrong.
