Centrally located wonderful hotel!

They advertise about free breakfast which is true, however, it's not organized in a way you would expect or enjoy in a 4 star hotel. There is a long line to pickup your plate and there is one or two staff who will serve the food which is extremely slow. You have to stand in another line if you want omelet or any other hot cooked food. Other basic things like cereal, bread are there, for sure. If this were a basic hotel, I would be OK with it, but not for a $500 night hotel. Also, they force you to use their valet parking which is $70 a night.

I like staying at the embassy suites because it is close to many popular sites in San Diego.

Overall nice stay there for a conference. Rooms was clean, but one day its wasn’t cleaned when I returned around 4pm. But later I got a knock to clean my room but I’m back so it’s not convenient. Probably should try to clean all rooms by 4 pm as some people like the 4pm rest. All the staff was nice, but could smile more. :)

Me gustó el servicio y el desayuno muy bien.
-
Downside, only do valet parking and its about $100. Gym needs more equipment and no hot tub.

Stay was pleasant and met our needs. Accommodations were comfortable and restaurant was excellent. Some maintenance items were visible and our shower didn’t work but was immediately fixed. A bit disappointed that some amenities were no longer provided at Embassy suites such as toiletries (shower caps, body lotion etc) or Kleenex. Coffee bar items weren’t replaced daily and had to be requested. For $699 per night was slightly lacking.

First time at this hotel. Nice and clean facility no complaint there. No parking available for guest, they couldn’t accommodate parking because I have a Tesla and I didn’t have my card with me which I understand it is my fault however I asked if I can just park it somewhere in the facility and I won’t move it during my stay, they said couldn’t, they said they are a third party company and they don’t have to if they don’t want to. I asked in the front desk and nothing could be done. I had a handicap person with me and I had to struggle looking for parking else where. Lastly sone of the ice machines were not working.

This property is very clean and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location is a couple blocks from the bay and shops. Directly across from Seaport Market and 15-20min from most places like Sea World, La Jolla, etc. Only valet parking at hotel is available and it’s expensive at $70 per night.
-
Parking was the only challenge at the Hotel with Valet costing $75 per day. There is public parking around but you need to move the car and be aware of street signs
-
I prepaid the room with hotels.com but was still charged for the parking and a $35 resort fee. Overall, it seems like Hilton has pushed the pricing as high as possible while also economizing on the amenities you would normally expect at this price point. It all about location.
-
Good location. Spacious room. Breakfast buffet requires waiting in long lines for an employee to ladle out the food for each guest. Also, there are no convenient nearby restaurants for breakfast options.
-
Spacious clean and located in a great place the pool area needed supervision some of the other guest were unruly otherwise was a nice stay I've stayed here before and recommend

the stay was excellent. room was clean and smoke free. the food was great. Staff was super friendly.
-
Excellent location very close to almost everything
-
The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was always a hit with the kids. The pool was clean. The location of the hotel is perfect if you don't have a car.
-
The room inside was old. The faucets didn’t work properly. The under sink cabinet was at least 40 years old. Was not worse the money.
-
Great location, great hotel - clean and well laid out. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the amenities are great.

Exceptional

Staff inside the hotel is top notch. Attentive, helpful, considerate… really great. $70 nightly parking was very pricey though, and my car got a small dent in the side. Overall I’d recommend it but maybe plan to park in a nearby downtown garage for $30/night.
