Great location, close to restaurants a lot to do walkable in the area!

When I booked this day, you guys showing me to Queen Beard, but they are not queen Bear. They are double bad with the sofa bed. I’m frustrated with this day. I don’t like it. I’m not going to work again with you guys.

Spacious living and sleeping areas. Clean bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Great breakfast choices.

Breakfast was good. Location is great. My kids had enjoyable time staying at this hotel.

Everything was fine when I first checked in our room looked like someone was already in the room. But the stuff were quick to switch me rooms. Highly recommended if your staying with family

Awesome hotel. We loved our stay. Hussain, at check in, was great!! We were stranded from a canceled flight and he was kind and helpful through a very stressful situation.

Hotel location was ideal - right in front of water - w excellent view . Parking cost although was ridiculous $45.00 per day . There should be a lesser amount charged for staying at hotel guests . The elevator situation was quite odd - so u park in garage and take elevator to 5th floor and then get out and go thru outside bar and into hotel to get the elevator to rooms or main lobby ???since the elevator from parking garage only goes to street level or parking levels or 5th floor. Very inconvenient. !!! Room was nice - we had a corner room - w view of water - but sun shines in all day !! Room gets very hot - even w a/c on . You need a car to do anything out of the downtown area - you can walk boardwalk by water to restaurants and sights . Airport right near by - planes loud till late at night . I had misplaced my air pod case at the 5th floor bar one morning sitting outside w coffee- I went to front desk and front desk individual - could really have cared less - was looking down entire time I was asking if they had found an ear pod case - then looked up and said no - we don’t have them . Not let me take your name and room # and if we find them we will contact you . Disappointed …. The store on 1st floor for snacks and drinks - I was looking for aloe lotion for after sun care - nothing at all . Something to think about selling there - . Along w pool items - goggles - pool floats for the kids ?

Close proximity to everything. Pblic transportation was excellent to get to further destinations on our agenda. Use of parking garage with room key needs improvement.

Location right near the cruise dock! Room had plenty of space. We had to move rooms because first one was dirty. But staff was helpful and quick to make changes.
