San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center

Room was nice and service was good. Our stay was interrupted by a power outage in the whole hotel and after the outage our air conditioner wouldn't blow cool air. I did address it to the staff and it was going to be relayed to maintenance but the hot air made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location nice room for family

I urge any future traveler to skip this hotel. I called the hotel to make sure they had a crib for newborn, which they confirmed and so I proceeded with the reservation. When we arrived, at almost midnight, the front desk guy checked us in, and then said that they didn’t have any cribs and all they could do was “offer us some blankets”. The staff refused to make it right. They were very rude. My family and I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel, all this while being discharged from the hospital just a few hours prior. Again, to any travelers considering this hotel, skip it, take your family somewhere else. Management and staff should all be fired. Front desk guy with glasses should even be arrested for suggesting we sleep a newborn on a regular bed with “some blankets”.

Very clean

Wonderful time here. Staff was very helpful including housekeeping. We stayed with teenage children and pet. Very convenient location to downtown.

The hotel was just okay, the ice machine worked, I paid for two rooms one was not cleaned at all, small rooms with low ceilings thin walls it was noisy the bed was okay, old building I’ll never pick this place again.

Clean room, friendly staff, cleaning attendant fixed our bed while we were out and took out our trash, basically cleaned it while we were out, plenty of towels, nice hotel. Only thing is microwave is outside of room in a separate room for everyone to share. Overall nice room and place to stay.

10/10 experience IMO. No problems whatsoever!

The hotel was great, booked the hotel for a family trip and my family loved the hotel. The lounge area is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Solid property that covers the basics very well. Easy checkin/checkout, plenty of parking, and in a central location. The hotel looked like it had event spaces so in general it felt spacious and there was always a steady flow of people.

Clean facility, friendly service & great amenities. There was a wasp nest in the corner out in the patio, not a huge deal though. I made sure to let them know in our way out for the next occupants.

Got a decent rate when the Spurs were playing in the championship and other things going on. Definitely need a rooms redo soon. The carpet looked worn. The flooring by the sink was worn and was starting to come up. Not enough outlets. Had medical equipment that I needed to plug in and it was awkward. I made it work anyway. Also, not sure about the housekeeping staff. It looked like they came and straightened the sheets but didn’t appear to have cleaned the bathroom.
