La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Medical Ctr NW

Breakfast is good, far better than just a continental breakfast. Facilities needs a little bit of maintenance and cleaning. Price is good and location is perfect, close to main attractions north and downtown San Antonio. Only complaint, now they charge extra for the parking when it used to be free for customers. We have stayed several times in this location in the past 15 years. Recommended.

Decent stay

Provides bare neccesities. Had to pay extra $11 for parking which wasn’t disclosed. Lastly, everyday i had to go back to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed. Smh.

Good place. Good location.

I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned or maintained. There was hair left in the bathroom, black mold/mildew around the shower and walls, rusty door hinges, chipped paint, damaged areas on the bathroom door, dirty shower fixtures and shelf, and stains around the ceiling sprinkler that appeared to be from water damage. The desk in the room was also broken. While the location may have been convenient, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room did not meet my expectations. I documented everything with photos and would not choose to stay here again unless the property improves its housekeeping and maintenance standards.

The hotel was affordable and clean. It was located in a good location, about 15 minutes away from all tourist attractions and theme parks. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool was fun and a good size. Note to self, there is definitely a difference between 2 queen beds and 2 beds(full beds). It was a tight fit for four people due to my mistake in not noticing the size of the beds. The hotel needs some updating. And I think the one thing I did not like is the bathrooms. The fan in there didn’t work, and it took about 25 minutes before hot water came out. And the amount of water that comes out of the shower is so little that it doesn’t allow you to enjoy a good shower after a long day. Overall good experience

The elevator was a little slow and a little rickety. The staff was not friendly check-in totake me forever. They didn't like like that, but I used Expedia. They gave me a really hard time about the price of us to pay.My reservations wasn't easy to find for them.Check in was awful

i did not like that i had to pay for parking. what did the hotel think we would arrive in?? It is a scam to take money for something that comes with the room it wasnt built separate. should be included with the room

We had a nice quiet stay. Great breakfast. Front desk was absolutely fantastic.

Room is not clea

Breakfast could be better. Staffs gives you the basic service without a smile. It’s less than 15 minutes from the airport.

I had a "pay at property" reservation, but I received a phone call from the hotel stating that I had to pay for the first night in advance to keep my booking and ensure my room wasn't given away. This is a policy I have never encountered before and found quite unusual. While the front desk staff was very nice, there were several issues with the property itself. My room was dirty upon arrival, and the breakfast options were very limited compared to the variety normally offered. Additionally, I noticed that the elevator was leaking, which was quite concerning. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good.

The room was clean, the price was not expensive, the breakfast that is included was very limited and too short of a period of time, not enough of anything, by 8:30 am everything was gone and they won't refill because of the time.
