This was a great hotel with a lot of charm and character.

The check-in and staff at that time were great. We actually got in our room early. We were on the sixth floor. The only complaint is that we had very loud guests staying on the same floor three different parties and being woken up at 11 PM either rudeness using foul language, etc. was not what we expected at a highly rated hotel.

This is an amazing place to stay!! Love the whole staff. Perfect location to downtown and river walk!! Had a beautiful smoking section and a beautiful view!! Just wish they would have had a 24hr unlimited coffee station and a POOL! Other than that it’s was perfect!! Thank you it was a blast

This is our second stay here. Loved the place the first time we stayed. So of course we had to stay again. And just as expected, it was another wonderful stay. That signature scent as soon as you walk in to welcome you. Lobby staff excellent. Bartenders excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. And cleaning staff excellent. We will probably make this our place everytime we go to the riverwalk.
