I just feel for $630 for 2 nights the rooms and everything was very mediocre.

5/5 Stars My female friend and I enjoyed a memorable several-night stay at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the River Walk. We stayed in the corner room 614, and the entire experience was handled with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and care. Right from the beginning, the hotel manager personally understood our desire for complete privacy during this trip. He assured us that he would confer with the entire staff so that, no matter what, we would not be disturbed under any circumstances. That promise was kept perfectly. There were no unsolicited knocks, phone calls, or interruptions throughout our entire stay. This level of respect for our privacy allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together in complete comfort. Even though the nature of our visit was passionate and energetic at times, the staff handled everything with exceptional maturity and discretion. The manager made it clear to the team that no matter what was heard by other guests, everything taking place in our room was fully consensual between two adults. This thoughtful preemptive communication with the manager before arrival meant we never had to worry about complaints, side-eye, or awkward interactions. It created a truly safe and judgment-free environment — something we deeply appreciated.

The bed was very comfortable. Room clean and it was quiet. Staff were amazing.

Clean room but small! Staff very good! Pool who small very much people exempt children.. Breakfast costs too much!

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed on the second floor with a view of the riverwalk- so much fun and definitely peaceful (until the evening when the bars were full). The staff were terrific, as was the food.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and beautiful. It is wonderfully located. The staff are very professional and friendly.

I liked that we were right by the River Walk and close to other attractions in the area. I definitely will be back for another visit.

Proximity to Riverwalk Unusual motorized humming noise prevented a good nights sleep. Was charged for wifi even though it was supposed to be free and had to request removal from bill twice; even though I advised at checkin that it would be free.

Our flight to our honeymoon destination was delayed an extra day so we had to find a hotel. We told the staff and came back to our room after dinner to chocolates & champagne and it was so sweet! N/A

Was there for Spacecon. Beautiful room and beautiful patio but didn't have time to enjoy the pool! Next time!

Location and the overall attitude and friendliness of the Staff. The parking valet situation has much to be desired. Horrible.
