Breakfast could have been better

The hotel was nice and staff was really friendly. It was located off the fwy and close to several restaurants and stores. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was good and clean. Service was amazing. The front staff was so oind and accommodating. Breakfast ran out quick but after asking for refills on breakfast items, they helped restock everything. It was a nice place to stay.

breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT because of the smelly carpet I probably won't be staying there anymore.

Last minute decision to stay at a hotel and was perfect. Met our needs and our daughter loved using the inside pool

Todo estuvo excelente, solo hubo unos detalles en la habitacion. El cubrecama estaba roto, y el tanque de la taza del baño estaba quebrada. Tomamos fotos porq pidieron deposito.

The unusual bathroom layout (a separate room for the toilet and a lying sink, and another bathroom for the shower and another sink) felt wrong. We’ve been twice during our travels because it’s conveniently located, but because of weird room layouts and slippery bathroom floors, we’re going to pass on staying at this Hampton Inn again.
