No AC in the hallways or lobby. No working elevator.

room space no elevator and i was given a 3rd floor room, I had stayed there several times before and i was never given a 3rd floor room

Indoor pool and hot tub Room was clean and comfortable Towels were old but smelled clean Elevator didn't work and our room was on the 3rd floor..

Elevator was broken, hot tub was cold, pool had too much chlorine. Room was fine and staff was great.

It's location No working elevator, staff was never available, ac did not work to well, low water pressure

The location was ideal. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Me and my family enjoy being there when we take trips to San Antonio. When we arrived for check in, the manager was not there. But instead it took an extra 10 minutes to arrive. My wife is disabled, the stairs to go to the 3rd floor were not accommodating. The elevator was out of service the entire two nights of stay. The shower had little to no pressure.

Pool is not what is advertised. Loby temperature on summer at 85*, very uncomfortable welcoming at that temperature. In the morning I wanted to grab a quick breakfast but again temperature too hot to sit down and enjoy your meal.

Location was great. Staff was nice. A/C worked in room. Elevator was broken and it was hot in the hallways and lobbies. The carpet felt wet. The bathtub didn't look clean.

The rooms were nice and clean The elevator wasn’t working and the lobby/ eating area was very warm.

Breakfast was about the only positive here... Please do not stay I REPEAT DO NOT STAY here if you want to enjoy your stay. So many things went wrong and not once was the manager apologetic.. first the elevator was out of service and was told as she was charging my card. Then it was so hot in the hallways and the breakfast area and finally at checkout we realized THREE vehicles had their windows smashed including ours. Like I said the manager UNAPOLOGETIC and didn't even seem to care even though I had my kids crying. And I get it, they can't do anything.. but at least offer to call the police or at least a freaking apology.. you know some semblance of customer service. Rooms were decent and it was quiet but thats about all I can say. NEVER AGAIN. Please do not stay I REPEAT DO NOT STAY here if you want to enjoy your stay. Air Conditioning was out in the hallway. Building was too hot. During breakfast. Room was comfortable. Just was too Hot

Pleasant

The room was large and beds were comfortable. I liked the location with it being close to Fiesta Texas. The room smelled of smoke and the air conditioner was out in the lobby which made it unbearable to eat breakfast downstairs in the morning. The elevators were also not operational.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. They're going through some upgrades on the property and the elevator does not work. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Will be back.
