Front door broken and bathroom toilet was broken too

The pictures don’t match the actual room. The kitchen didn’t have any supplements, no plates, silverware, glass etc. The bathroom shower was leaking. Overall needs a lot of maintenance and upgrades.

The room we were given had roaches and the toilet didn’t flush. When it did, it flooded the restroom. I went to the front for assistance and all they had to offer for my family of four with two young children was separate rooms. After calling 15 other hotels, I had to take their offer. One room we couldn’t even breathe in because of the amount of smoke for that filled the air, there were brown stains on the bed, furniture falling apart and mold on the shower, along with roaches crawling around. We decided to cram into one queen size bed in a room where the air conditioner kept going on and off. Then in the morning the kitchenette wasn’t much service. The heat kept going in and out while trying to cook for my family. As a teen, my family used this location all the time, but I will absolutely never again use this Motel 6 and will warn anyone and everyone I can not to choose this place at all. It was a horrible experience. I can’t believe the maintenance has gone down that drastically. Everything looks makeshift and there is mold and roaches everywhere.

Has bugs and is super gross

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean. Roaches in room Shower/bath didn't work at all. Couldn't take a shower in room.

Exceptional

The location was great. The staff was amazing. The property could be maintained better. The items inside the hotel room such as the shower curtain could be replaced and bathroom clean better.

Relatively clean and very wonderful staff but I did see a cockroach in my bathroom and there’s no ice machine on the property.

So the staff in the office was super helpful and nice but the property could be better maintained and could need touched up. My bathroom needed cleaning when I first arrived and some few upgrades. Older stained shower curtain.

The hotel looks rundown. The room was clean, but smelled like strong cigarette smell. Hotel does not provide shampoo just a small bar of soap. No check-in staff on site after 9 PM. If you need something, they will call somebody that is on call. The hotel rooms would benefit from air fresheners for smelly rooms.

Not so good but you get for what you pay.

The staff is super nice. They helped me out in every way they could be unemployed and laid off. It was hard with two kids three dogs and two cats. They were super nice with me. All they need to improve is remodeling the kitchen.

The TV had ni signal, the smell of cigarettes was putty strong. The room was okay.
