Best Western Garden Inn

We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast.

The hotel itself is great! Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and ac worked perfectly! Great water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare.

This stay by was was amazing we enjoyed the clean warm pool wow what a treat thank you Best Western for an exceptional stay thank you for your staff.

Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Everything was clean and orderly. The pool was very clean too. We would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Our daughters enjoyed swimming in their pool.

Terrible hotel experience!!! Their rating needs to be lower and advertisememt needs to be checked. The sheets were dirty and clearly not been changed. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs and smashed potatoes, not what we expected for a "top rated" breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was great and so was the price. The freeway and access road construction around the property was hard to navigate.

I stayed for 3 days and on my last day I called the front desk to request clean towels. The person at the front desk asked if I was checking out that day, and when I said yes, he told me I could come and get the towels myself. I found this very upsetting and unprofessional, especially since housekeeping staff was already present. As a paying guest, I expected basic customer service and assistance during my stay until checkout time.
