For the price it was certainly worth it, but to be downtown, I was expecting something a little more modernized. Staffing 10/10 across the board. They were accommodating and due to some light fixtures not working properly and the tub. I believe I was discounted. And if not, the staff were so polite that I didn’t even care.

The room smelled like pinesol as soon as you walked in but it was filthy. Corners in the bathroom were dirty . The bathtub was peeling and had yellow stains all over. The knob from the shower kept falling off. The A/C installed looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years. The fridge was leaking water. The whole place looked like ghetto apartments. I usually love staying at LaQuinta but with this experience I will check different options first. I had a party of 8 and there was only 2 towels in the room. When someone went to ask for more, the staff said they didnt had any. Ridiculous.

Stains on the bedding. Trash on the floor. Mildew on the walls. We made reservations for 2 nights. We made the complaint and left less than 5 hours into our stay. When we asked for a full refund, they agreed to only 1 night.

Our room was moldy and full of cockroaches

He gave us our refund but honestly the room was horrible the base mattress had damages, it smelled like cigarettes, and it just didn’t feel safe. The second room offered to us didn’t have working light bulbs

Very dirty floors, towels we’re disgusting, bed was uncomfortable and had stains, and room smelt like smoke

This place needs a serious renovation. My experience was not pleasant. I was unable to complete my stay here. Check-in was smooth. When I entered my room is where the problems started. Bed sheets had stains on them. The floor was semi-wet. Not sure if that was from moping or something else. Walls were dirty. Bathtub was not clean. One bed was missing a bedskirt so you can see stains on the base of the bed. Overall the room was terrible and I could not imagine laying my head there. I checked out literally 15 mins after I checked in.

Rooms are not up to the mark. Not worth the price. AC kept making noise. One of the lights was not working. Worst breakfast.

Only problem we had was with key cards. Walked all the way to.our room and the keys did not work. On the Next set of keys received only one worked.

Came into the room, and everything seem fine; we opened the closet to put our stuff in, and we found a pair of used shoes . We went into the restroom; and found somebody’s used baby wipes, and shampoo stuff. We went to sit at the desk; and the desk was covered in white sugar? Or some type of powder. We went to lay in the bed, and the bed sheet was covered in recently stains, I would assume looked like make up stains or something spray tan ?

It was basically the only hotel with 4 beds which was good for our big family. They didn’t have a variety of breakfast, only waffles and cereal and coffee, and some bread, no fruit or anything else.

The tub was draining slowly and the AC was super loud that it will woke us up while we were sleeping. The bed sheets were kinda stained
