Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio-Live Oak Conference Center

If listed my mistake for not seeing it.

Everything was perfect and the hotel had fabulous amenities!

We always come back to this hotel because it consistently exceeds our expectations. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The hotel is quiet, which makes for a great night’s sleep, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s our favorite place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful hotel experience.

Staff very courteous and helpful, location was good with close by restaurants however the remodeling caused an inconvenience. If I would have known I would have booked somwhere else.

Property is under renovation so lots of plastic closing off areas- but great stay overall!9

Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Convenient parking and multiple entrances. Complimentary coffee and cucumber water. Great place to stay!

I don't understand how this hotel got a 9.0 (Wonderful!) rating on Hotels.com. It is under renovation and a total dump. Old stained carpet in the common areas and rooms, main entrance closed and temporary walls are up. But worst of all, our AC didn't work, so the reoom temperature was 76 and humid, despite the thermostat on the wall and the HVAC were at 68. I would like a refund!

We stayed during renovations but the property was clean. Our room had a terrible sewage smell. It only got worse through the weekend. The guy a couple doors down said his did too. Our friend was staying across the hall and it did not smell that way but the AC wasn’t working that great in her room. It seems like they are working on fixing the issues

Room was great but I checked out 2 days early and never received confirmation and I’m trying to see when I get a refund back .

My complaint would be to make travelers aware that the property is under Renovations and there is no bar or restaurant at this time. For me I would've chose somewhere else to stay where those amenities were on the Property.

i was sadden to learn I would not receive points for staying because I did not reserve through the Hilton site. I was unaware of that. Loved the location and access to restaurants and stores. Good area! This helped as complimentary breakfast was not an option.

these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time.

No one was available when I checked out at 6:30am, front desk unattended. The toilet seat was too low hopefully with the renovations the toilets will be higher for handicapped and seniors.

The rooms were clean Drilling and hammering all thru out the night. Wall plugs without any power.
