The best casino hotel in Reno.

They put a $100 hold plus the $50.85 resort fees on my card. It took them 4 days after checkout to release the $100 hold and just charge the $50.85 resort fee. Hope they made enough interest off of it to make this practice worth it.

We were in town for a ball tournament so really didn’t use the amenities. But it was a great place to stay and nice staff. Would stay there again.

The pool area was a disappointment. Very small for the number of people staying at the hotel and was less than clean. People were eating while in the pool and kids were everywhere. Would be nice to have an adults only pool. The restaurants were excellent and our three nights dining did not disappoint. Excellent staff and great dinner selections. Unfortunately the casino area was hard for us to stay in for very long. The circulation is terrible and it was hard to even walk through without smelling of smoke!

Modern clean well-maintained rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large gaming area with a nice variety of games to play, attentive staff during play.

Overall very nice, for a casino. Huge, very comfortable room. The only significant problem is that the soundproofing through the doors to adjoining rooms (that set-up where a family can get two adjacent rooms and open doors between) is VERY poor. So I was kept awake repeatedly by my neighbors. Would probably avoid this otherwise very nice option for this reason alone.

It was our first time going to the Peppermill. We had lots of fun during our stay. Floor servers were very attentive. It was nice to come back to a newly made bed and new towels everyday. We ate at two of the restaurants, portions were very nice sized. Overall we would probably come back based on our experience.

Avoid the Cafe Milano (cafeteria food), pool was great (get loungers early), Sport Deli by Sports Book great sandwiches, property provided Reno Rodeo shuttle much appreciated

Hotel staff and hotels.com staff provided excellent service. Our first flight was cancelled and we missed our first night reservation. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the penthouse which was awesome since we had such a horrible travel to get to Reno.
