Atlantis Casino Resort Spa

I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to take care of us. One of us is handicapped and they complimentary valet parking was a godsend. Everything was clean and upgraded. Great experience. We will repeat.

Beautiful room, updated, best valet services anywhere!

The highlight of my visit was the day spa, which was excellent. It was relaxing, clean, and easily the best part of the experience. I had planned to enjoy the indoor pool as well, but it was packed with children and felt more like a theme park hotel pool than a peaceful resort pool. Instead, I spent my time in the spa area, which was much quieter. One thing Atlantis does well is its variety of restaurants, so there's really no need to leave the hotel if you're looking for good food. The Atlantis Steakhouse was outstanding—the food was excellent, and the tableside flambé desserts were both delicious and a fun experience. The staff throughout our stay were also a highlight. Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurants was friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. Overall, if you're visiting primarily for the spa and dining, Atlantis is worth considering. Just know that the hotel itself is older than the photos suggest, and if you're hoping for a quiet pool experience, it may depend on the time of year and how busy the hotel is.

I normally stay at the Peppermill, but decided to try Atlantis and was very pleased considering it was less expensive and the rooms were excellent. I did an overnight with a buddy of mine and I’ll have to tell you the food was excellent. We did a quick takeout in the Jewish deli and the food was fantastic. The gaming room is a little dated, but they’re in the middle of an update and I’m looking forward to returning once that’s completed. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish I could remember the lady at the front desk who helped us out but we were upgraded to a suite which was the highlight of our honeymoon trip! Wish we were able to give more than 5 stars!

Love the indoor pool, Purple Parrot Cafe, and the buffet! Disliked losing money in the slots. Loved the Cirque Alice show at El Dorado casino!

Everything but my expectation and more.

There's an excellent valet service for your car, right to the front door. The staff were all very friendly and competent. The room had clearly been recently renovated and was quite, quite nice, with wonderful views of the mountains. It was a marvelous room. It is a working, old-style casino, though. It was filled with what looked like exceedingly depressed people playing the slot machines. It was very noisy. Smoking is allowed nearly everywhere, and our room smelled even though it was on a non-smoking floor. All in all, it was a safe and clean place to stay, with lovely staff, on our cross-country trip, but I wouldn't seek it out on its own.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Checking in to our room was like a regular hotel. We did not have to go through the casino to check in which was awesome!!! Beautiful, clean well-maintained room. Great place!

Valet car service was amazing! Loved the pool area and food delivery. Room was very clean. Only negative is the slots did not pay out for me:)

This was an awesome place for our family of six adults. The rooms were so comfortable, incredible mattresses, beautiful bathrooms, attentive housekeeping, and even with a few renovations happening the hotel really did an amazing job camouflaging those areas so it wasn’t noticeable. Twelve thumbs up!

Hotel provided body pillows upon request and upgraded our room to a suite without a fee.

Would stay here again. Room was new and clea. Room service was fast. I got a good pump in the gym too.
