On 1st morning after arrival turned on bathroom sink which immediately flooded the entire room. We used all towels and bath mat to contain water. Sink trap had been repaired with tape. Maintenance responded quickly and repaired. Although numerous trips to front desk were made requesting housekeeping they never showed up. I got towels from front desk myself and they told me to throw wet towels out on the patio. 2nd day made 5 trips to front desk still no housekeeping. On 3rd day room was smelling do to dirty water residue still on floor. Someone showed up and removed towels from patio but thar was it. Was supposed to stay 4 more days but left due to the conditions. Also had patio off room but as night fell had a continuous line of homeless digging through trash cans followed by cookers and people looking for drugs. Had on come knocking on our patio door. This place is a total dump

Room was advertised as "non smoking". Room smelled like smoke. Bedding smelled like smoke. Complete strangers knocking on door asking for "Big Brother" which totally freaked me out.

Very disappointing. Moved into first room toilet not working and lamp not working. Had to move room as they told me no maintenance available. Very sad.

There were at least three homeless people around the property. One sitting on the stairs like he was drugged out. The people going in and out of the lobby all look drugged out or ragged. There were five guys standing in front of my room and I was scared they were going to push me in my room when I opened the door. The sink was leaky and the floors squeaked. Only got two towels. The AC barely worked. There were visible holes and damage to the furniture. I didn’t bother taking a shower, will wait for the next hotel. Debated on leaving and sleeping elsewhere. Pool wasn’t available and I intentionally booked bc it had a pool. Even if it worked, I would be worried to go in. Photos do not look like the hotel. Pay the extra $10 or so and stay at a casino. Feel safe for yourself and your car. I was worried all night my car would get broken into. Pros: They had a coffee machine in the room : )

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The hallway smelled like weed that could get into our room. The pool & spa were covered, it was 85 that day. The rooms a/c didn't work and I didn't hear another one running. Was awoken at 4am. some a-hole talking loud outside the room. Overall a great place.

I loved how spacious the room is and the fact they dont charge for my service dog

NO BREAKFAST!! Pretty shabby overall. No tissue in room, bare floors, outside stairs dirty NO BREAKFAST, Poor cleanliness

The staff was polite. The Wifi did not work. The wifi for the office did work but no correction nor alternative was provided. The floor of my room #333 was dirty / dusty. The back door to my room would not open as it did for others. The room was too warm & the HVAC unit difficult to adjust. The ice tray in the freezer was so frozen over that the door would not shut. I paid for 2 nights but could only stay 1.

It has walking distance to shop around Main concern is that the guest who are staying here don’t have no respect or consideration on people who want to sleep at night and are constantly slamming the doors

Locks didn’t work. A/c didn’t work. Moldy bathroom. Tv didn’t work. Outside hallway door was locked and key card didn’t work to open it, we were locked in or out of our room for hours and the front desk didn’t care. Called Choice hotels to get out.
