Small cramped rooms with run down furnishings. Great location

The room was clean. There was a place to sit and relax.

There was a problem with my check in via booking. Staff instead of helping told me at 2am to call booking. Manager helped but after some time. When I asked if this is a common issue they said yes. If this is a common problem why manager doesn’t teach team how to do it??? Also I asked one lady if I can buy beer and she said yes just take it from the fridge. Another lady accused me for taking the beer without paying before I even took my wallet out! She said that stuff is not free. I said I knew and I was about to pay. Horrible experience with check in. Next morning staff at the desk - a guy- was very polite and helpful.

I booked this stay for my daughter, who was on her first solo flight home with lots of extremely heavy ski equipment. The staff was accommodating and helpful with storing her luggage overnight on the lobby floor and booking her very early on a shuttle to the airport. She reported that everything was in brand new condition and the property was very conveniently located near the airport.

Breakfast excellent . shuttle service to the airport was excellent convenient. All staff are helpful friendly and professional

Close to airport

Great location and very clean. It was very quiet and well-maintained. We were able to check in early which was nice. Close to downtown and the airport. Pool area could have been bigger. We ended up getting a pool pass to GSR, but it was great to be by the airport.

Clean, lovely, whimsical room, great staff including Efren Mendoza who warmly tended a lively bar and served delicious food. With van service to and from the airport it’s a great place to stay if you’re taking an early flight out of Reno.

Located close to Convention Center. Loved that it was close to Restraunts and shops. Highly recommend staying at Aloft.

Although the Hotel is 1700 feet from the Jetway my daughter deplaned from, the room was surprisingly quiet. I never heard a plane taking off or landing in the evening. Even before putting in my earbuds…..

The staff were all very personable, friendly, and helpful, but one, in particular, Ingrid, one of the airport shuttle drivers, went above and beyond by taking me to a grocery store so I could pick up some food items I needed.Just excellent customer service!! If my travel plans ever include Reno, I would, definitely, chose this hotel again and I would, also, consider this chain of hotels in other locations, as well!!
