Room was clean and spacious, and the girl at the front desk was very very kind and welcoming

There was spider in the room plus stuff was nice but did not know wat to do made us come back 3 times for room number then we ask for wake up phone call never happened shuttle left us cuz we never got a phone call then we had to get uber to go airport

Easy check in. Clean room. Only issue was the hot tub would not get hot. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Clean, most staff members were friendly, good location. One main desk staff member was not attentive to their responsibilities.

Proximity to the airport and free shuttle kichenet does not have aby utensils, neither cutlery so it is not really usable

Check in was great. The hotel is located in a central location. We thought the outdoor areas and pool were very nice. Overall a great place to stay. Everything went well. Nothing to complain about.
