The property is old and not maintained. The rooms are dark and outdated and not that clean. I would choose another hotel over this one.

There was a toenail clipping on the nightstand. Dirty linens with hair in the sheets. A huge hole in the carpet by the door. The furniture was beat up. The Front Desk graciously moved my room (which was better) but still poorly maintained. No bathmat and the door to conceal the mini fridge had been yanked off and was missing. The shuttle driver was amazing but the shuttle bus door was duck taped together. Yikes!

The hotel location is across from the Phoenix Rail system. The room was located on the 5th floor. The hallway carpet smelled badly of mildew. When I brought it to the attention of the shift manager, he had commented that the water damage had recently happened and they had not quite had the time to address it, but yet they were assigning rooms on that floor. When I asked about the availability of another room on a different floor, I was told that the hotel was sold out. My room number was #521 and I stayed for one night on June 10, 2026. My opinion is poor management and poor customer service. That full occupancy was priority over customer experience. .

The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. James at the restaurant was very accommodating and enjoyable. He has a great personality!!! The food at the little restaurant was very good and so convenient.
