Good hotel for a reasonable price.

I have called to ask about if the pool was clean and working and it was not clean it was really dirty

This hotel is disgusting! Roaches in all 3 rooms! Very dirty rooms and sheets. Very run down. This was just a quick overnight cause plans changed and had to stay somewhere close to the airport. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Strange activity going on in the rooms and parking lots! Wish I didn’t spend over $250 to stay here.

Room was dirty, bathroom had pee all over the toilet. The person at the front desk was rude and was no help.

Checked in the room was over 90 degrees upon walking inside. The ac didn’t work except for 10 minute intervals the room was not cold all night once. There was NO toilet paper an empty roll left on the holder. Used crusty lotion bottles that should be replaced every single stay. Bathroom was disgusting and they do not have any ice either. Worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had by far.

Very close to car rental and airport N/a

It was a nice presentation and I got interrupted for a new mattress 🙄otherwise it was nice.

Room was nice size and a good location near the metro I walked on the floor and my feet got filthy. My AC didn't work initially, but they did get it fixed. They were changing the locks so that took about an hour that I couldn't use my room. The pool was unusable - dirty and ducks swimming in it.

Big spacious room The rate was ridiculous, place was dirty and big roaches in the room.

I have no complaints.

It was adequate for the money. Clean and safe. Do not expect a luxury hotel at this price and you will be fine. I have no complaints.

Room was dirty, no lights, mold in the fridge, bugs, toilet paper looked like it fell in water was dried out and put on roll, shower handle broken. Overall horrible experience for the price paid.

The tv didn’t work. The ac didn’t work. The electrical outlets next to the bed didn’t work.

Exceptional

The bed frame was not secure and was made of metal that made a loud banging noise with any movement other than a simple roll over. WE called the desk and they said all their beds were the same.

It’s not a five star property obviously. It’s not even a 3 star. But it’s as convenient fur me as they come. I can pay $5 per day to park my vehicle there while on business trips. It’s a mile from the airport. Minimizing Ubers and aggravation. Rooms are clean and sufficient. Will continue to stay there every time I have a trip leaving Phoenix.
