Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Airport North by IHG

We weren't walking distance from the convention center, but there's a dirt lot right next to it that was only $10 a day, so I parked there. They have a free shuttle to the airport, but we drove, so we didn't need it. They also have a small pool, but it was too warm to feel refreshing and not shaded, so we didn't use it. Ebbie let us store our luggage and small cooler at the hotel on the day we checked out, so it didn't have to sit in the extreme heat in the car while my daughter played. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

This situation left me without lodging and charged for a night I did not use. It seems like the whole problem could have been avoided with communications.

During our brief stay all staff were great and enjoyed the airport shuttle service and access to coffee most enjoyable and helpful.

Quick overnight stay from a late night flight into Phoenix before driving 4 hours home. Nice hotel, comparable to most Holiday Inn and Suites. Easy check in, friendly staff good location for our travels. Decent hotel breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Good hot water and pressure.

USB charger doesn’t work in the room, EV charger is a very slow one.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and plenty of places to set baggage. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. Microwave and refrigerator worked great and breakfast was delicious.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast was a nice variety. Excellent coffee too.

Miserable stuff at the front desk ,giving attitude, not helping ,no knowledge of how to check out with payment ,talking loudly and rolling eyes really left me speechless ,asked to speak to manage,was refused, left messages got no response, terrible experience!!!!!

Overall great hotel stay. The cons : streaming from your phone wouldn’t connect to the tv , even followed the steps. And the alarm clock started beeping around 4am and at 5 am the alarm was going off

Excellent place to stay! Friendly and welcoming staff. The airline lost our luggage and the hotel had essential necessities available to get us by. Free airport shuttle. Great complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn staff!

Love this hotel, very close to the airport super accessible. Fantastic breakfast with a staff that is above and beyond and all their help.
