Best free hot breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in this price range, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a very convenient location for restaurants and the AZ Broadway Theater for plays.

Privacy No water to buy

Roaches in room ac not very cold. Tried to check in a lil early but there was a $100 early fee

The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not that clean. No maid service unless I wanted to pay extra. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine. The worst part of my stay was that I found a cockroach in the bathroom. This was unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Close to the hospital Not much of accommodation. It’s pretty basic

Location and clean rooms

The hotel is dirty. They say they have queen beds, but they’re actually full-size beds. The bed frames are very weak and move as soon as you sit down. Overall, it feels more like a Motel 6.

When I asked them a question, they had to answer.

Hotel needs complete update.

The location was just where we needed to be. The burners on the stove top were filthy. Kitchen items very limited and by request only. The breakfast was limited to instant oatmeal, Nutrigrain Bars and a choice of really awful blueberry or chocolate muffins. Minimal hygiene amenities. The staff is very pleasant. The room was adequate and comfortable.

Front desk at night when we checked in was above and beyond he was so nice and accommodating

Did not have the breakfast. The person at the front desk was very nice and understanding of my needs as I was exhausted from traveling and dealing with a family member in the hospital for surgery. I can't say anything negative. My needs were met and that was important.

Yes it was reallt nice and clean the staff was great and Gina was excellent too very helpful 👍 thank b you i would refer other family members and friends to stay

Towels were threadbare and had holes

Parking easy. Breakfast is coffe, nutrigrains, and muffins. Microwave was dirty and you are limited on how many towels, washcloths, and kitchen utensils you get (must return them to get new). Property was worn down. No alarm clock. Internet was so slow I ended up needing to use my phone as a hotspot because I couldn't open simple webpages. This was a work trip and I was unable to do anything once back in my room and refused to pay for "faster" internet.

Clean, good TV, good shower A/C could have been better; kitchen facilities but mo coffee; no breakfast hardly at all. OK for the money but unexceptional

Very clean however did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. Have stayed in hotels in this area in the same price range that were far better in terms of amenities. Will go back to the hotel’s I’ve stayed in the past.
