I had a fantastic experience at this property until two days after I checked out and I started getting eight attempted charges on my card for varying amounts. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager and she had on the phone. She was very rude. She said it was because I had an animal. I told her they knew I had an animal when I checked in and that he was my service animal and she said well it didn’t go through so what’s your problem? Those were her exact words. I will never stay at another best Western again. She was very rude inappropriate and if she had questions, then she should’ve asked at that time.

Seems to be recently remodeled so feels like a new place. Staff does not run away, they actively engage the guest and make you feel welcome and important.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Pool was nice, but since it's outdoors and plants are dropping seeds, the pool filter needs emptying more than once a day.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was updated. Bed was a bit noisy and not the most comfortable but good for an overnight stay. Refrigerator, microwave and a seating area were a plus. Continental breakfast was very basic, coffee/juices, cereal, breads, fruits, egg/bacon/hashbrowns. Great hotel for 1night stay.

It was a great room for the price and convenient location. Definitely not a new building, but I would have felt comfortable walking barefoot. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
