Only bad thing is the ice machine wasn’t working.

The room was clean The pool furniture definitely needed an upgrade, the same container of lemon water was there the whole time (friday-Sunday) without being refreshed. Although the room was clean it definitely could use some upgrading.

Clean average room no-frills. Breakfast was not that great. Very small and very very slow elevator. Took the stairs all the time. Check in staff was not very informative or concerned. Would stay somewhere else next time.

1) The shower door would not remain closed. I mean you would close it, but then it would slowly creep open like the track was no level and it was sliding downhill. This caused an excessive amount of water on the bathroom tile resulting in a major slipping hazard. I used a bath towel to stop this. 2) The breakfast. There is a reason it was free I guess. Friday's breakfast was very plain. I don't eat pancakes or waffles so not rated, but the sausage was a lot of fat in a tube and the bacon limp and not sure if was a pork product. Eggs were very old school powdered egg feel to them. Saturday was a change and had biscuits and gravy. Gravy was excellent but the biscuits were very cold and dry in the middle like not thawed out yet. Same Saturday as Friday for the other items except the bacon was worse. Other than that, I really enjoyed my short stay. I travel a whole lot so have seen a lot of hotels around the world. This one was the upper end of average for me.

Good breakfast choices. New girl at front desk was a bit rude when we mentioned how hot the hallways were. She rolled her eyes and said they knew and they had to tolerate it as well! She said since we were from Quartzsite, AZ we should be used to the heat! I just walked out of the lobby so I wouldn’t argue the point. Our room air conditioner worked great. Sofa in the room was old and uncomfortable to use. I booked an accessible room and our tub was very high to climb into. It did have a built in chair in it and bars. Counter at sink was tiny.

We are a family of 5. My wife, our three children, and I. That for starters is a hard sell. Many places can't accommodate my family size. The two queen room and a sleeper sofa works great for us. We also like being at the extreme ends as I know we are loud and they accommodated us. Upon our arrival the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful to get us settled in. Once in the room, we found a clean room with plenty of bedding for all of us. We like extra pillows and there were plenty. Surprisingly, there were enough towels for all of us. This is a common problem we run across. More often than not we have to get extra towels from the front desk. The mini fridge worked great to keep our beverages and fruits cold. Everything in the room worked as it should. All the staff we encountered during our stay were awesome. The pool and hot tub were great. The only issue we ran across was an ice machine that was acting out, but the staff found a solution to get ice for us. So that was a minute delay on getting ice. No big deal, the problem was handled by the great staff. Thanks for the great stay guys and gals!

Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least.

Close to baseball parks and food! Clean and happy environment. Our TV remote died and the front desk did not have batteries, but we figured out how to turn the TV off.

Food was good good staff parking great always stay there

TVS are too small, need bigger T. Vs, we did see the bed is uncomfortable. You need new carpet. Just needs to be updated. I like the service. I like the people nothing wrong with the service of the people. The hotel is old and needs to be updated T. VS not adequate at this time, should be new. TVS not 1970 TVS.

Everything was amazing, from the clean comfortable bed and sheets to the breakfast that sure hits the spot I recommend comfort suites to family and friends

Coffee was like sludge. Had to go to Coffee Bean. There was no full length mirror in room. There was some metal piece from bed frame that stuck out and kept hitting my ankle on it. I avoided the elevator after first use; very very very slow doors to open and close as was the lift. Property is in desperate need of a thorough renovation.

The staff was wonderful! Very pleasant, helpful and super friendly.

The location was amazing, so much to do around the hotel. Elevator was a little slow, but seemed to be solid. Our key cards deactivated once, and I had to take them to the front desk.

This is our second time staying here. Love it!
