The only thing I would say is you really need more help with us getting the luggage to the rooms. My left knee was not working well that day. It was hard to push the cart on the carpet. I am a senior citizen. I truly loved the hotel and the Owing area. I wioild stay here again. I will need help with the cart. Have a blessed day.

Excellent bed. Very clean. Good service. Coffee makers in the guest rooms make very poor coffee.

There are lots of room for improvement with your breakfast. The eggs were a complete mess and sausage was very salty. The whole breakfast experience had been a mess since I been using your location.

The front desk was neither cold or welcoming- very professional. The”free” parking is across a street that has no crosswalk only a roundabout. If the weather was bad it would have been very annoying. The other lot about a lock and a half- outdoors. Both are free for anyone to use- not just guests. Starbucks on site!

It’s a new update and the hotel was very clean. We arrived a couple of hours early and although my king room wasn’t available we were checked into a double queen room immediately. Also there is free parking and lots of shops and eateries available in this center. Lastly, all the staff was lovely. The door to the room did little to block the noise from the hallway. It felt like we had the door wide open. Also parking is awkward for loading and unloading items from the car. For older folks or people with mobility issues this is a poor arrangement.

The front desk crew was very pleasant and hands on. Christopher was very helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable.

When I asked to see the room first, the manager (I believe his name was Josh) told me he’d have to release my reservation and couldn’t guarantee it would still be available when I came back, leaving me with no real choice. The “upgrade” amounted to access to snacks like granola bars, which was useless to us since we were only there to get ready for prom. Several other families in the lobby were experiencing the same thing, and I overheard that a family with a connection to staff received an actual suite. When I followed up with management the next day, the response was dismissive and I was told to call corporate. The property itself was clean, and I appreciated that. But paying premium prices for a downgraded room and being met with a rude, unhelpful manager is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate.
