The room was clean. The tub could use a little updating as the surface was slippery while showering.

Staff for the most part was nice. Was given an accessible room for some reason. Shower was facing straight out, as I went to move it, the entire shower head and nozzle snapped off the wall. Very inconvenient for me and the day I had ahead of me

The bathtub backed up when you showered and the exhaust of the kitchen for breakfast was pulled into our room through the HVAC system. We were told it would get better after breakfast was over. Broken ice machines and water dispensers just furthered the frustrations

This hotel is outdated it’s filthy in the hallways the rooms smell like radiators the odor are super strong the place needs a complete renovation and staff is subpar with nonchalant attitude not a very inviting or welcoming experience

Breakfast buffet was supposed to run from 6 to 10:00 a.m. The cook didn’t show up until around 7:00, food was available around 7:20 making it hard to meet our morning schedule. Staff seemed indifferent to customers
