The carpet was so dirty. I couldnt sleep at all. 8am they started with their construction work. The noise was too much. I truly regretted it going. NEVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE

The hotel and room were clean. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant except for the young lady at checkout. Was not friendly at all! Breakfast was good! The towels and washcloths were very cheap. Thin and hard. I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel was in a great area. I would recommend but don’t forget your towels and washcloths!

This was a okay hotel, I had higher expectations for the HYATT. Others that we have stayed at were great. We arrived 45 minutes early and the man wanted charge us a $25 early fee, and I told him that we will wait and he just walked away without a word. (RUDE)! I guess that he was just ready to go because when we came back a lady was there and she was much nicer. Our room was not ready, but she did upgrade us. The construction everywhere was pretty wild, nothing was where it was supposed to be. Like the ice machine. I Had to go to the kitchen for ice, but the signs said third floor. But the third floor had was completely under construction. The breakfast wasn't bad, but the only put out a certain amount of things everyday, they had yogurt and when I asked for a certain flavor the first day the lady told me that they were out, at first I was like okay! But then the next day they it happened again and I was like so y'all only get a certain amount everyday and go shopping at night. No! I'm pretty sure that they get a shipment every week or so just like all the other companies. The pool and gym was cool.

The property is currently under construction. They should consider closing down floors to move faster and more efficiently to get the job done. I do not suggest anyone booking their stay here until renovations are complete.

The property was clean and orderly even though there were signs that the property was being updated. It was perfect for our two night stay. Located near so many food and shopping options.

Service was not good at all. Requested towels took over an hour to get them. When I was leaving for few hours I requested the rooms be cleaned and told them 1 room the water in the tub was rising if they can fix it. Rooms never got cleaned. Had garbage overflowing and piling up. Tub never gor fixed. Not really happy with things.

Unfortunately, the room was humid. The carpet was damp near the sink. The carpet and couch had stains. The room phone was visibly dirty.

Property was maintained. Staff was pretty nice except for one girl at checkout on Monday morning at 4 am. Towels were thin and hard. Need to upgrade that. Overall I enjoyed my pay.

The hotel was completely sold out and dis not honor my reservation.
