SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

Great place to stay. Did not like to pay for parking.

HORRIBLE, starting from customer service to wrong advertisement when booked. The maintenance is horrible, mold, stains, smell. Avoid coming to this place.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help during check in and check out.

The property is very central and very good facilities and the important breakfast and pool.

1) the shuttle to parks is on a terrible schedule 2) parents weren't supervising children in the pool so the preteens were ruining anyone else's ability to utilize the pool

no one answered phones no customer service room was smelly burned food parking is a mess with the app or txt link to pay instead of adding to your final bill or at time of check in like every where in Orlando expecting more about Marriott worse location so far.Even Expedia can't get a hold of agents in the hotel

We did not leave the items in the vehicle, as we were unfamiliar with the area and wanted to keep our rental car secure, so all items were left inside the room. I am confused as the bag was still present until after housekeeping entered the room once during our three-night stay, on the last full day. After that service, the bag was gone. Because it disappeared from the room, I am unsure whether it was mistakenly discarded or removed by someone else. Either way, I returned home without the souvenirs and gifts purchased for my family during our trip to Orlando.

​The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive! My 20-year-old daughters came back after a long day at the park, and the parking lot near their room was full. Since it was already late, they were a bit scared to go look for a spot alone. The lovely lady at the front desk cared about their safety and personally went with them so they wouldn't have to walk alone. I truly appreciate her kindness. The place was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! 😋 Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Friendly and clean. Location is phenomenal, ten minute drive to Disney transportation center.
