It was great!

Cleanliness is poor at this location. My bed linen wasn’t changed as promised. No towel in the bathroom. My credit card was changed unknown charges. Very disappointed with the services.

The bedsheets were dirty. Lots of stains and hairs from previous guests. Front desk was helpful. But the room didn’t feel clean at all. 2/10 on cleanliness and 9/10 on hotel staff

This was a great vacation. Everything went well and all of the stay and travel were perfect.

We were only there for one night but were so impressed by the comfort of the king bed, clean room, and spectacular breakfast that we've decided this is our new Orlando hotel. We're in town at least 3 times a year for concerts at House of Blues and the Hard Rock. The location is perfect for both and you can avoid i4 for going almost everywhere in Orlando from here.

Our stay was great! The building is older, but well maintained. The staff is accomodating, and ammenities are great. If you are looking for a family stay this is ideal! The location is good, and it is budget friendly.

Nice experience

Great place to stay

Check-in was much better than our first visit, when I stood in line for over an hour. This time, we arrived a little early and were able to get into a room before the official check-in time, which was a nice surprise. We also received two complimentary drinks from the bar. While the gesture was appreciated, the only option offered was a Tequila Sunrise, which wasn’t very good in my opinion. It would be nice if guests could choose from a few drink options. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The water park was the highlight of the trip for our kids. One suggestion would be to improve drainage on the toddler slide, as water pools around the curve and prevents younger children from getting a smooth ride before reaching the splash area. More umbrellas around the pool would also be helpful for parents who want shade without renting a cabana. The food court was okay but had limited options. Several tables were left with food, crumbs, and trash for long periods, attracting gnats. Having staff clean tables more frequently would improve the dining area. Overall, I would recommend this resort for its clean rooms, family-friendly atmosphere, and fun water park. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Everything about the property we lived especially traveling with kids. The only thing was the AC it was not working to its full capacity. The room temp stayed ok just a bit warm at night.

The bedsheets had not been changed from the guest before us. When I pulled back the sheets, it was full of hair and crumbs. There were no towels in the bathroom. I really did not expect this from a Holiday Inn.

Enjoyed and will come back again.
