Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

When I booked it said breakfast was included but when I got there they said not at that hotel. I like to use cash not card. The hotel was cashless. Should have the option.Don't need to come home to a big credit card bill after vacation. There should be more times for buses at least coming home from Epcot or Universal. Some people just want to spend half the day there. Then when you bring those people back to the hotel in the afternoon you could take another group back to the park to stay til night.

Smaller hotel than expected. But still nice had view of Seaworld .

Great service

There were ants in the mini kitchen, the water in shower was coming out extremely hot even at the coldest setting, the bed frame/mattress was extremely noisy with a lot of creaking every time one moved. At breakfast, was given a chipped cup.

Security deposit is $60, and parking is $27 per day. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were late checking in and they notated our account and when we arrived there was no problem checking in. Breakfast was amazing as well all you can eat breakfast buffet $15.99 per adult or you can get food cooked to order.

Nice staff

Fire alarm was falling off the wall. The door to the refrigerator was falling off. The toilet flusher didn’t work and completely spun around where you had to manually pull the stopper in the back of the toilet to flush it. This hotel has gone downhill a lot since I’ve stayed here previously.

The staff was exceptional! This is our second time staying at the property & we plan to visit again! This is one of our favorite hotels, the beds are very comfortable & it is very cozy.

The hotel was very close to the main attractions. From the moment I arrived the staff mainly Kristi Rolle at the front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating always going out her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She was extra special because she remembered me by name. The room was clean and well maintained. Another highlight was the on-site buffet breakfast- it was delicious and inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable hassle free stay. I will definitely be back!

The breakfast rate was reported to be $15 but I checked the checkout report and the amount was $25.

The air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working so it was warm and muggy. The air in my room would not cool lower than 74’. I reported it to management but it was not fixed. The breakfast was mediocre. I’m disappointed that this hotel has the Hilton name on it because I expected better than this. They also charge $27 for overnight parking. Location wise it’s good near the I-4 with many shops and restaurants nearby. I didn’t visit any of the amenities to comment about.
