Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

Had multiple problems with the room, and unable to change rooms due to being sold out. Not able to use the toilet in the bathroom for 2 days. Maintenance not able to fix the toilet ether. Tried calling the GM, but he ignored my calls / messages.

Room was clean, breakfast was fantastic, and staff was very nice and helpful

The poolside room was not well maintained. The furniture was old and unclean, and the floor was consistently wet, resulting in a persistent moldy odor. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had among all of my stays at Embassy Suites so far. I was disappointed by the condition of the room, as it did not meet the standard I have come to expect.

It is very clean and staff was friendly. I don’t think they should charge parking fee and resort fee if you staying for one night.

AND MY DAUGHTER LOVES THE POOL AREA FOR KIDS

I’ve been staying here my whole life and it never disappoints. Immaculate newly renovated rooms, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and the best hotel breakfast EVER. I will continue to come back to this hotel.

We didn’t get checked in when we were supposed to at check-in time. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:00 PM. Which delayed our plans for that evening and the weekend

The bathroom is disgusting. My shower was stopped up. I ran the water and it filled up within 20 seconds the water was at my ankle which lets me know there is no way you properly cleaned the shower and gave the ok for someone to check in. They would have known the shower was stopped up. You could literally see the hair wrapped around the stopper and peeking out. The towels need upgrading. They are stained and old. My bed had two different types if hair in them. My sheets had stains. It was the worst stay ever!

The staff was good and room was clean

Love the property great location and price great start of your day with free breakfast only down fall was that the water pressure in room was bad took forever for the toilet to flush

Room is clean, it just has this musky smells bathroom isnt updated. Other than that, its nice.

This was the best value for a four star hotel and I think $125. They have a free happy hour with snacks, pool is great, room was amazing.

The pool is nice and big the kiddy area for the k8ds as well ..I like that atn5 to 630 that have happy hr all u can drink with some snacks all free..rooms r nice and big and clean.. I didnt like that it does not look and have the ammeninuties as a resort but they charge resort fee and a 25 parking fee.

Enjoyed our stay, but air conditioner never shut off and vent below thermostat needed clean. Cleaning staff did great and other staff members too. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing and good! Overall a fantastic stay, but hotel needed some upgrades.

Great stay, will for sure be back in the future. Clean property and helpful staff, what more could you want from a hotel?
