The worse day of all; 3rd day of stay, my daughter and I came back to the hotel around 10pm from a very long day being out for the volleyball tournament only to find out our AC (room 309) quit working, since the telephone inside our room doesn’t have a dial tone, I have no choice but to personally go all the way from our room 309 to the front desk to let them know the AC was broke!. We waited for at least 30mins, I decided to check and walked from room 309 again to the front desk and politely ask the front desk the eta of the person who suppose to check the ac unit. There is no way that we will be able to sleep in our room without ac. The front desk personnel finally call the engineer to check our room. (Infront of me) I said I will wait for him )engineer . Came back to our room, 10:40pm , then head back to the front desk to find out that they needed to relocate me and my daughter to another room because they couldn’t fix the ac. Long story short, 11pm my daughter and I started packing our suite cases and etc (clothing/food inside the fridge) this is the worse hotel experience we ever experience in my whole entire life!

Vanessa (Front Desk Manager) was very accommodating to my family when we had to book a night here due to an incident at a nearby hotel. Sincerely appreciate the hospitality, and knowing how to treat guests.

Everything was great from fast check in to easy checkout. This hotel is in the middle of everything. You do not need your car once you are here. The only thing I didn’t like was the gate on the side of the hotel to get in, our room was right next to it and we heard people coming in an out all night and it’s a very heavy metal gate so I was suggest if you have kids to ask for a room where that isn’t a problem. Other than that this hotel was a 10/10

Be aware that this is an extended stay property so they do not provide scheduled room cleaning. Some staff were extremely helpful but a few front desk staff during late night shifts were not as helpful or friendly.

At night we walked across the street to ICON Park where there’s plenty of shopping and restaurants and also plenty of restaurants within walking distance on the same side of the street as the hotel. Even though this was our last year of volleyball, we would still book this hotel if we were coming back to Orlando.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sonesta in Orlando. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for getting to all the major attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The amenities were great, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay here was excellent. The front desk person (William) who was working when we checked in and out was absolutely amazing. Super nice and very accomodating. Personal top experience of customer service.

Roxy at the front desk was exceptional. Super helpful and super friendly!! She deserves a raise!

Place doesn’t miss. Price amenities staff and location are all A+

The staff is amazing and super helpful. The rooms had some dangerous maintenance issues with exposed screws in the showers and a microwave that barely worked. The breakfast was overpriced for items many hotels give as a free breakfast along with Starbucks that did not give rewards or allow for you to use the app.

Yhe room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is on walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Icon park.
