Free parking, it’s in a good area

The staff gave away our room because we weren’t there at 3 pm. They gave my husband & I two “queen” beds. It seemed like they did not care what we had to say and were not very helpful. The TV did not work at first and looked like someone threw the remote or something at the screen. The beds are being held up by aluminum walls that made loud metal noises when moving an inch on the bed. We had to put a jacket by the door to prevent hot air from coming into the room and any other critters. There are no door sealers. We heard everything from outside and in the rooms next to us so we were trying to be quiet all night. At one point, I felt unsafe due to arguing that was happening outside our door and we opted to sleep in our car for the remainder of the night. However, if you want a cheap hotel that’s close to a lot of spots in Orlando, this hotel is the place.

Es bueno para quedarse dos o tres días. La cama suena mucho. Aire muy bueno. Mejores la ropa de cama y las toallas.

Staff was great. Rooms were ok. Beds were rock hard. Laundry room had no washers or dryers.

The air conditioning is not cold and the bathroom door is broken

I requested immediate refund. 1st room has wallpaper falling off because of mold growth. Requested room change and found large cockaroach crawling near beds. Awaiting full refund.

This hotel is right across the street from Bahama breeze and a number of other establishments.

I don't usually drink coffee but the Clarion has a great morning brew and it's not 🚫 instant coffee. 320 sq ft is more than sufficient to get my work done, conference calls, etc... they also provide a great work desk with very comfy chairs.

Paint bubbled on bathroom ceiling, bottom of the bathroom door in disrepair, entrance door hinges sqeak like a mouse along with the bed springs. Score 5 of 10

Regretfully both beds have dirty covers and make big noice. What dissappointed me the most was the front desk. He/she (It's really difficult for me to tell whether that was a man or woman) never smiled, and was cold and arrogant. I can't feel any attitude or willingness of serving customers. When I arrived at 1pm, after a long trip, I asked for check-in but was told that I had to wait after 3pm. Most rooms were empty and already cleaned, but the front desk didn't have any desire to welcome and help their guest who was exhausted after a long overnight trip. He/she replied rigidly that I have to pay extra money to do so. They are so greedy! Parking is good. Lots of spots were empty
