The location near the parks is very convenient.

The price to value was good, rooms were clean and staff was polite. I would recommend this as an option if you're on a budget and great family place.

Room was very clean and spacious! Will def stay there again! Close to everything! Even walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions

We have a bunch of us that stay at this resort once or twice a year. The resort is clean, and the staff is amazing. We love the location as it is close to everything located on I Dive.

Room and bathroom was very clean, staff at the bar were great. Building is showing its age, ice machine runs out of ice quickly, only 1 in building 3. But it’s a very comfortable place for the price. Been coming here the last 9 years and I would recommend for those not wanting to overspend.

Close to things to do but not clean place for me.

The phone was not working, the bathroom curtain was broken, they did not have late checkouts available. It only has a good location.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! Bartender was great! My go to hotel for staying in Orlando!

I've stayed here maybe 10 times atleast and it seems every time it gets worse. This might have been the last time for sure. As soon as we arrived I noticed the door to enter the lobby was broken. Then there was only one person doing check in. It took forever and to make matters worse the music was skipping alot and it was driving me crazy. The only good thing was that the young lady that helped us check in was super nice and extremely helpful. Now to the rooms. We got 2 rooms and as soon as we pulled up to park in front of them there was a group of dudes standing almost in front of our rooms smoking weed . The smell went all in one of the rooms when we opened the door and I didn't feel safe with my kids anymore knowing that there seemed to be no control of groups of people hanging out smoking and drinking out here. The ac in the room was loud every time it turned on and off. At first I even thought somebody was trying to open the door. I understand you get what you pay for but like I said it started off decent the first couple of times but this time we were really disappointed.

The rooms, however…beds are older and not comfortable, the fridge is a freezer and froze our food, the room refresh at 4 days never happened as stated, the room felt dingy and the floors felt dirty, no blankets on the beds. We were there for six nights for volleyball nationals and I am not sure we will be back. The staff, however, was kind and accommodating. I’m just not sure it is completely organized.

We liked the pool since it has real shallow side for toddler.liked fact that a dj came and livened place up.
