Staff was very nice and responsive, the rooms do need some TLC my shower door would not stay shut kept opening, shower head is plastic and poor water pressure, commode should be comfort height and soft close lids, room was very damp and the TV’s should be updated to smart TV’s.

Clean rooms friendly staff perfect loction to walk over to Icon park to the restaurants had zero issues with our stay.

Honestly a great hotel overall. The location is right off I Drive. The room was clean, nice shower, good pool area, and attentive and helpful staff. The on-site restaurant has a legit breakfast buffet with customized omelet and waffle menu. Superlative value...would stay again.

Absolutely loved staying at the Castle! The he staff were friendly and the service was unmatched! I would give them 11/10 stars if I could! We will most definitely be back in the future.

Great hotel. excellent location and vibe. Very relaxing pool area. Older in need of some TLC with painting and renovations in process.

Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that.

Stayed one night it was good breakfast was amazing

Centrally located, just off of I-Drive with easy access onto the strip. The hotel is well decorated, modern-feeling and superb value for money. There is no courtesy room - so if your flight is late, make sure that you’ve made prior arrangements or booked late checkout.

Overall, the hotel is in good condition; however, the room was not 100% clean, and they did not come to clean it during our stay.

The staff at our check in made our life awful.

Great place warm welcomes with a tiara for the little princesses! They had fresh cookies and doughnuts for Memorial Day weekend. The pool was perfect! Was so clean and nice!
