I had issues with elevators. One was out of order and other had issues closing doors on ground floor.

Rooms are smelly and felt dirty

Also did not appreciate the expensive parking charges that you have to pay to a third party company.

Location and cost Carpeting and chairs in lobby stained and dirty. Carpeting in room signs of wear. Bath tub faucet and drain malfunctioned, had to Move to new room.

Didn't like room cleaning policy...once every 3 days??? Disappointing....in ft Lauderdale n other proper8its every other day..the elevator had major problems forfeit days. Paying for parking

The location Structure is ageing and requires upgrading

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the complimentary breakfast and fitness facility. We stayed in a King Suite for four nights while attending our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The bed was very comfortable, and although I slept on the sofa bed and felt the mattress could use an update, the staff was quick to provide extra blankets, which made it much more comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job replenishing towels, blankets, and other essentials throughout our stay. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They were quick to move us to a new room and genuinely went above and beyond, offering to assist with anything else we might need. I honestly didn’t need anything other than a good night’s sleep, but their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate us were greatly appreciated. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the employees, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which allowed our daughter to rest and recharge between tournament days. While the resort had busier areas, we were grateful to have a relaxing retreat away from the crowds. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. One inconvenience during our stay was that the elevator closest to our room was out of service. This meant we had to walk to the opposite end of the building to access the only working elevator, which often resulted in longer wait times. After reaching the lobby level, we then had to walk across to the other side of the property again to access the main entrance for pick-ups and drop-offs. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did add extra time and walking, especially after long days at the volleyball tournament.

-before coming here, I read a lot of reviews which stated that people found roaches in their rooms. This was either not my case or I got lucky. -when checking in, the first room I received had an odd smell and gave me the overall feeling of uncleanliness. Staff was able to accomodate me with another room on a different floor. -ok location, close to a bus station -limited amount of breakfast options. I got fairly tired of having the same waffle, muffin or cereals as choices. Plus, most of the stuff was either too sweet or plainly unhealthy. -the room's key card kept getting demagnetized, even though I kept it away from anything that could have caused it. -the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly before my check-in. When I arrived, I noticed dust that had clearly been overlooked (for example, on top of the fridge), as well as some suspicious stains on the carpet and the couch that looked like they could have been blood or something else. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. -the mattress was so worn out that it had a large sag where I slept. It was very uncomfortable, and I had back pain for the entire duration of my vacation. -old rusty elevator (the only available one!) that it seemed to be begging for retirement. -the bathroom had a poor doors layout with a visible gap to the room, meaning there was no privacy and one person always had to wait in the hallway while the other used it. -the pool and its surrounding area could have used a bit more maintenance -the windows were closed shut for good. I had absolutely no possibility to open them up for fresh air. This bothered me a lot due to my dust allergy.

The sink still took many hours to drain. Though the bed was comfy and the breakfast ok we will not stay there again.

The WiFi wasn’t working properly the elevator was taking turns on which one to work on which day and also you don’t kno they charge for packages being delivered there until you arrive but the staff was great customer service especially shado

Location is what draws us here breakfast is an added bonus very clean and eye appealing. Friendly staff One of the beds had a dip on the middle that made it hard to sleep

The continental breakfast was pretty decent, the location is very good, the towels looked good, but there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The lobby couches had holes, there were stains on the lobby carpet, the doors had tape on them, some of the walls looked like they painted over tape. The hole has not been updated in several years. $18 for parking.

Clean room and polite staff.. Besides the parking fees being a bit high...the hotel is located in the right part of town and walking distance to restaurants and the convention center..
