Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

The room was dirty and the bathroom walls had hair all of them. Yuck! The elevator and first floor ice machine was broken. Also they only had one working dryer for the whole hotel. The only positive was the room size.

The TV set in my room was too old, as I was told by maintence, when it stopped working at all. Also, the mattress and pillows were moving contantly, also the fold out couch also had so much movement and were emitting what looked like the breath of mice or rats that are in both of these at night This problem the housekeeping staff obviosly knows about this, but dont speak any English. It was so gross that I had to wear a mask and did not want to even want to even sit or want to sleep on either of these. I slept on a chair in the room. Very, VERY Gross. The hotel should definatly know about the obious movement of the matresses. It is a definate heath hazard.It must be replaced with brand new beds and sofa beds. But they need to check out the room at night. Staff does not even know how gross the beds are. VERY VERY Gross.

The elevator located on the back of the hotel was very very slow and might need to be repaired.

Room was clean, spacious and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Room was clean but felt old. Stained couch and carpet made it feel dirtier than it really was. The pool is nice and breakfast was good. Parking is easy.

I enjoyed my experience but I would recommend putting a can of bug spray in each room.

The breakfast provided was excellent in quality ( varied choices )and quantity( Staff made sure that trays were refilled). But most outstanding was Ms. Tanya. She was there to assist us , especially my 84 yr old mom. She helped us , checked in on us and made sure that we had a great breakfast experience. KUDOS to Ms. Patricia and Ms. Tanya! Definitely we would be coming back to Best Western....so carry on with the excellence

If we are on floor 1 or floor 2...whoever is above us....it's a constant running through the room, scooting of the kitchen chairs, this happens every time. Totally get it in the mornings or around meal times...but it's usually well after 10pm when the constant footsteps start.

10/10 it was grate would recommend it

Check in was easy and accommodations were all met. The hotel was easy to access and close to everything we wanted to be around. rooms were big and clean

Excellent breakfast. Room was clean & bed was firm but really comfortable. Staff was helpful & friendly

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent will come back next year.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y con buenas opciones. Además, el estacionamiento fue conveniente y seguro, céntrico. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a otros viajeros.
