Only thing, I asked for wine glasses; waited for about 2 hours and got paper coffee cups in a laundry bag that was hanging on the door knob.
-
Everything was perfect
-
The facilities are generally outdated, and it offers poor value for money.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us an early check in. Our room was very nice and cozy. Extremely close to the outlets and not far from the stadium. Offered tons to do!

Ĺove this place

Do not use the shower gel or lotion!

Upon arrival the valet was inattentive and rude. My kids were asleep in the car and they had no bell hop service to take my items to my room and then when I check in the room key wasn’t working. I ended having to leave my kids and partner in the hallway well I waited for the security guard open my room door. Completely unacceptable and I will be getting my full money back for my stay.

The outlets in the room didnt work and the shower was broken. I moved rooms twice and were still facing the same issues. The hotel staff were going to scam me and charge 49 usd per day for valet even though everywhere on the property and the handouts said 40 usd per day for valet. All the accessories in the bathroom were rusty and loose, the shower had hair from the previous people who stayed in the room.

All good
-
Very nice outdoor seating area. Beds very comfortable .
-
Shower water pressure and temperature was awful and hotel lobby had a restroom smell at night. Other than that great location. And staff was ok. Parking staff could have been more pleasant

We look forward to our next trip to Orange county and stay at Fera!

When we requested a room change, I overheard an employee comment that changing our room would put them “in the negative,” while an older staff member was trying to assist us. Thankfully, a manager overheard the conversation, approached us professionally, and asked to see the photos I had taken. After reviewing the pictures, he agreed that the condition of the room was not acceptable and arranged for us to move to another room. While I appreciate the manager’s assistance and willingness to address the issue, the second room was only slightly better. The carpet stains were gone, but there was still significant mold and staining around the bathroom and shower area. Overall, the cleanliness standards did not meet expectations, and the condition of both rooms made our stay uncomfortable and disgusted. Unfortunately, the situation became so concerning that we decided to check out a full day early rather than spend our final night at the hotel. I simply could not justify staying another night in a room that did not appear clean or properly maintained. The manager deserves recognition for trying to make things right, but the hotel needs to address its housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Excellent.

This hotel was very clean and very nice. Please note, there is a fee if you need to check in early, but it seems to be the standard policy these days. It is very close to the A's baseball field. The convention center is a fairly close venue as well, as that was why we were in town. The onsite restaurant is very good as well.
