Staff, house keeping to the room, everything is perfect. Ayres Hotel will always be our place to stay in when we travel.

Great staff

Great location and great price. The breakfast was also decent with bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. I only wish they wouldn't charge separately for parking. Adding parking to the room bill wasn't the most convenient experience because you have to do it yourself with your mobile phone and the app didn't recognize my full last name, so it took a good 10 minutes to figure things out.

Absolutely loved our stay here, everything ran smoothly and well, my only hang up is that I want to know incidental charge holds and that we have to pay for parking up front. That was nowhere in the details on hotels.com so I give 4 stars. But we would stay here again now knowing better what all to expect. It was 15$/night for parking and a 100$ hold that has not fallen off of my card yet. And they told me it would be instant.

Everything was clean and the staff was very courteous. I was surprised I had to pay $15 for one day parking, but you do make up for it with the excellent breakfast choices.

The problem only the noise in our room which is the bathroom sink all night is so loud!

The staff was very helpful. The hotel and bedrooms were very clean, no dust on the plants in lobby, the bathroom was mold free, and the breakfast dinning area was clean. The free breakfast had options for gluten free, dairy free people which never happens at hotels. Pleasantly pleased.

We often stay at the Ayres because it's comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are clean, it's quiet and easy parking and close to the freeway. Front desk staff are always professional and nice. Small hotel improvements: 1) the layout of the bathroom area is not user friendly. The wide bathroom door swings open so if a person is at the sink outside of the toilet and shower room, they have to move completely away from the sink to let the person out of the bathroom. Also, the bathroom's fan turns on automatically if you turn on its light, so if you need to use the restroom at night and turn on the light, it's noisy for others who are sleeping. Lastly, the air conditioner in the room is a must but it's just like most hotels; it's kinda loud. Otherwise, we continue to stay because it is comfortable and the price is good.

Once we got there, the front desk staff had a smile and were absolutely friendly and attentive. Our room was clean but the bathroom shower seemed to be only shower floor clean. Not that big of an issue cause its a shower, I only bring it up because I want to be transparent. The beds were comfy and pillows just right. The TV had issues with the picture, once reported, maintenance was there in less then 5 mins with a new TV, that TV was bad and he returned a few mins later with another TV. The breakfast was great, a mix of hot and cold, cooked fresh everyday. The attendants for the breakfast were amazing, friendly and attentive. Always smiling and willing to help. There is a night reception deal that had some snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Over all, I will stay here again when im in town. For the price and service, id think it was a more expensive place. Thanks to the staff at the Ayres.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was a nice treat. I will look to stay at Ayer’s in the future.

It was a relaxing and comfortable for an overnight stay. Glad we chose this hotel over others. You will not regret it if you do.

Loved it!

First time staying here. The whole experience was great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bed and pillows were so nice and comfortable. The only thing I did not appreciate was that they charge for parking.
