I stay at this Hotel June 24-28, Honestly is not what I expected it to be, No Room Service at all so don’t expect to have a clean room when out you’re business , No Shuttle to Disneyland, when the hotel is full of Disney theme and Promotions, the Pool Is designed with a mickey logo, And Have no Shuttle lol, By The way The pool & hot tub was Closed, for length of our stay under construction, which i didn’t catch when booking! And to Top it off you still have to pay a ridiculous amount for parking per day, which In my opinion It’s not fair due to the lack of services they don’t provide, overall location is great rooms are super nice and spacious but 2/5stars for me just because of the lack of services not provided. To management step up the game this hotel could easily be 5 star hotel

Breakfast was good. I would rate overall 3/5.

Our stay was great. Very clean rooms and everyone was very helpful.

Loved staying here. Pool was under renovation but we most likely weren't going to use it anyways.

The breakfast was not that good and if you were there by 9 AM, you didn’t get anything. They don’t fill anything out after nine the pool was not working they wanted us to go to another hotel to go to the pool and the hotel charges parking to go to the pool and heads up. I stayed nine days and paid almost $400 for parking. It did not say anything when I reserved my trip. It said it had parking. The parking is real bad parking spaces are very small only small cars fit larger cars need two spaces after 7 PM. It’s hard to get parking.

Love the big room, beds are comfy and the sofa bed was really nice to have incase your partner snores too loud. Love the separate sink outside of the bathroom. Staff was great on getting the stuff you asked for fast. This place does not feel like a hotel, but feels more like a small apartment as it has everything, plates, cup ect... kitchen and dining area as well. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future and will for sure recommend this place.

The breakfast was great, but unfortunately, they were running out of juices and eggs.. . the room weren’t equipped with pots and pans to cook. The oven was not connected and ran out of coffee. Of course the pool and Hot Tub weren’t operational during my stay they were under repair.

Good place to stay but pool was closed during our time there.
-
Although the pool was under construction, I appreciated how they accommodated my swim fetish with free usage of a better pool 10minutes away.

El lugar estaba bonito pero la limpieza terrible a tal punto que mi familia y yo adquirimos un virus nunca limpiam los cuartos y el desayuno de lo peor

This time our stay was the worst! We have stayed here twice before and it was way better this time, not only it was very dirty, the house keeping was horrible, not enough supplies in the rooms was stored, also the bathroom kept plunging, we had to call front desk million of times to get assistance, there were not table spoons at all, hardly any utensils or bowls in the two bedroom or 1 bedroom units, no STOVE which is crazy, having a kitchen like this without a stove, also the pool and jacuzzi was closed, they did not let people know about or online it didn't stated anything about the pool being closed while on maintenance, we would of chosen a different hotel! also, the staff was so unfriendly, Pam was very mean and rude, only Jackie was nice, breakfast has gotten so cheap, u guys used to have bacon, and beef, and this time not even cream cheese for bagels, very poor breakfast and no fruits at all, it was horrible, also very messy in each hallway and kitchen area, by elevator too, they didn't take our trash out like until 2 days passed, it stinks in the hallways because people leave their bags with garbage, I do not think that we will be staying here again, it's way over priced and not even worth that kind of money for the service and quality we get here! the older lady in the kitchen was extremely rude, and not friendly, we asked for pancakes to be filled and she was so rude and mean to us all 4 days...also NO creamer for the coffee at all, it's ridiculous!

Breakfast buffet was the worse ever, they advertised buffet end at 10 but run out of food couple hours before
-
There wasnt any fruit available and its hot out for the kids that games. I thought there would be more to choose from. The pool wasn’t available during this warm season

Also the parking is so expensive.

The room was perfect and clean. The only downside was the pool was closed for repairs-I wish they would have stated that on the website. The did offer use of the pool at their sister resort but it was a 7 minute drive away. Not a long distance, but more than you want to do after a long day sight seeing. Anyway, I still give the hotel 5 starts. The staff was very helpful and everything was clean.

Cockroaches in the room! We killed two cockroaches, asked the staff, came back from Disneyland 10 hours later the dead roaches were still on the floor. Worst customer service we have ever had. We have pictures for proof. Bathroom light flickers, tv in living space didn’t work, we asked for new sheets and towels, they never showed up. Toilet clogged twice. My wife stepped on one of the roaches in the middle of the night and she screamed and cried for hours. We discussed with the manager we want a full refund but he never told us anything, we’re expecting a full refund.

The room set up, the staff, the access to the freeway. The laundry facilities with attached gym. The pancake machine was a hit with my teens. Fruit at breakfast would have made it better and old fashioned oats instead of instant.
-
We stayed there for tonight and the carpet was full of hair pet hair and also they never pick up our trash room service was horrible. One of my least favorite places I ever stayed at.
-
All was well, we missed the pool.
