Stayed three nights at Hyatt for a foundation board meeting. This was a first time visit as we lived in Rye, NY for 30 years and didn't need a hotel room. Breakfasts were very good. Room was quite large and comfortable. No complaints. Front desk efficient and courteous. Atrium area is spectacular.

I was very impressed with how comfortable the bed was. The room was very clean, but my memorable thing about that room was how comfortable the bed was! I had a great night sleep. The staff is wonderful here. Thank you, Hyatt!

There is also only one elevator bank putting many of the rooms quite far from the elevators. The hotel restaurant food was average and as expensive as you'd expect On the plus side my room was in good shape, bed comfortable, shower worked well.

The highlight of our visit was the stunning atrium. It is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. Enjoying breakfast while seated in the atrium was a memorable experience and one of our favorite parts of the stay. Breakfast itself was outstanding. Rather than a typical buffet, meals were cooked to order from the menu, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was excellent, and a special thank-you to Carlos, our waiter one morning, who provided truly exceptional hospitality. He is the kind of employee any organization would be fortunate to have. Parking was easy and convenient, and while we did not take advantage of all the hotel’s amenities, it is clear the property offers plenty for guests to enjoy. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and professional. We have stayed in downtown Stamford on previous visits, but this location is now our preferred choice when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Great hotel! The lobby area is stunning and so nice to relax and unwind in! Woukd definitely stay again!
-
you can not sit alone int the lobby or the library after 8 p.m. because of the drunk men

The Staff at the Hyatt in Old Greenwich is amazing!! They anticipated my every requirement and made sure I could get to every event on time. They made me feel at home.
-
Overall everything was great! The hotel listened to our request on having a room far away from the elevator.

This was our third time at the hotel. The amenities and location are great but each time there has been some type of disturbance that has made it impossible to sleep; last time it was a party at the hotel. This time it was a barking dog left unattended late at night and a noisy neighbor. It's a large hotel with a lot of commotion.

We had a medical emergency with our son and Kamar was absolutely the most helpful, caring man. He even called me at the hospital to check on my son. He extended our checkout time so that we didn’t have to worry about that as well. Truly, a wonderful experience at your hotel despite our emergency. I will highly recommend your hotel to anyone!

Dried bacon on the floor by the side of my bed. No instructions for Wi-Fi in the room took forever to get the TV. On. The bed sconce light was broken on the window side of the bed. The floors were stained there were questionable guests read between the lines waiting in the lobby. Where you get off your elevator.?!! The chicken piard tasted like a hockey puck. My husband’s diamond, black amethyst all seeing I ring was lost or stolen and they stopped answering our phone calls as we continued to call and see if they found it. It was a nightmare. We went to get away for one night from the city for fun and rest as we have wonderful memories of my parents 50th wedding anniversary party held at that hotel in a private room. The food was delicious. The room was meticulous. The service was excellent. And another experience of spending Christmas Day at the magnificent buffet, you once had about 12 years ago. I called and got Claudia from South Africa and she was very kind and returned $50. I believe to our bill lastly when I asked for a toothbrush for two they were not at the front desk which all hotels have especially for just one night stay and the woman I asked has an attitude also an attitude upon checking out when we discussed the missing ring and I took a screenshot of the bacon on the rug not sure if it was bacon or not she confirmed it probably was. So this hotel is a nightmare & it’s really sad to see this. We will never stay there again and my husband‘s ring? No word.

Upon arrival with seven pieces of luggage, not a single staff member offered assistance. I had to find a luggage cart, load everything myself, and transport it through the hotel alone. The most concerning incident occurred at breakfast. A server brought me coffee and then placed a creamer on my table that she had just taken from another guest’s table after they had left. When I questioned it, she replied that the previous guest “hadn’t used it.” Regardless, serving items taken from another guest’s table is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Worse, there was no apology when I requested a fresh one. Housekeeping also failed to service my room after being asked to return later, leaving me to deal with accumulated trash and change my own bedding. Poor service, lack of accountability, and questionable food-handling practices made this one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.

Front desk managers especially helpful .

Great stay! Jair and Soile were so friendly and welcoming!

The room was fine. There was no electricity or water in the morning. And they also lost my father's blazer inbetween reception and the room. Kind of a shit show. I couldn't believe I was paying over $400 in Greenwich for such mediocrity.

Convenient location The property experienced a full water outage during our stay along with a corresponding power outage. That was after we were awoken by loud music playing in the atrium at 8am. While the hotel agreed to waive the fees for our entire stay, Booking.com could not negotiate that same deal and therefore, despite the horrible experience, we merely got a $50 credit from booking.com. From now on, I will be booking directly with the hotels whenever possible.

The staff was fantastic! A-Z everything was terrific about the hotel. Thanks!
