Good Service, Professional Staff, Clean room and common spaces, turn key one night stay.

The hotel was fine overall, but to be honest it’s a bit dated and under-maintained. We arrived around 8:30pm and there was only one person at the front desk, so despite having already checked in via the app it took quite a while to get our keys. Similarly, there was only one very confused employee running the coffee shop in the morning (he was wearing a full suit and didn’t seem to be a usual coffee shop staff member). The ice machine didn’t work, the shower had two bottles of body wash and no shampoo, the paint was peeling. So just not really up to usual Doubletree standards. That said, the bed was comfortable and we only needed it for one night, so it wasn’t the end of the world.

I called ahead to confirm a late arrival, yet it seemed that information wasn’t passed along. When I asked why my room wasn’t ready, the tone shifted and I felt uncomfortable and singled out. I left early the next morning and realized I had forgotten a sentimental blanket in the room. I’m confident it was there. I called with specific details, and one staff member kindly returned my call to check, which I appreciated. However, I had to call again from an unmarked number just to get someone to answer, which made me feel like my calls were being screened. The pool and gym were clean, and breakfast smelled great even though I didn’t stay to eat. Parking was fifty dollars a day, which felt steep given the overall experience. The guests were genuinely kind and helped lift the atmosphere. I respect that renovations take time, but customer service and integrity should never be under construction. I’m thankful for the staff who were polite and tried to help, but I didn’t feel safe or valued as a guest. I wish the hotel well, but I wouldn’t personally return 😕.

Very difficult to get to. Expensive parking fee in a dark and crowded basement lot. Halls levators and ice machine areas all are dirty. Nothing comfortable about this hotel. The room is fine if you stay there.

It was a nice hotel only thing was had to pay $25 for parking and $25 for breakfast
-
Please make note if breakfast is not complementary. Also teach managers to have discernment. I was charged for 3 kids buffet and each kid ate one thing. It was ridiculous.

After 45 minute process of unloading my stuff, parking my car, bringing it upstairs, and returning the bell-cart, I was glad to finally be in my room. Then the wifi did not work at all.

There is no parking if u need to bring a van or pick up truck

Nice lobby area The halls and rooms were terribly dirty and dated. Lots of stains on walls and upholstery, peeling paint, dirty grout. It was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Okay stay. Room was at firsts as

I would not stay again. Terrible. Had to pay 70.00 to park for two days!
-
Very dumpy compared to online photos and unprofessional front desk. Dirty, old, unkept and did not disclose the construction zone. Loud toilets in room, and shower didn’t drain. Very unpleasant.

There was a lightening storm and the power had gone out for several hours but in the early hours of it my daughter was having a panic attack in the lobby because of the storm and the woman at the front desk helped her calm right down. She was so sincere.

The refrigerator was located on the floor , instead in a cabinet of a stand My wife's medication was total loss Very disappointed..😒

Unfortunately do to a storm knocking the power, we had to leave and go home..
