Consistenly good property. Staff excellent, health very well set up.

Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property.

This is a truly unique, wonderful property! All kinds of fun amenities in the room and the bathroom, the bar and eating areas are beautiful. The staff is outstanding, we could not have been happier!

Great location, nice rooms and great bar/restaurant on site. No Light switch’s in the room, just panels of buttons controlling different things, making it a treasure hunt to figure out how to turn lights on and off.

The J House is an excellent property and is well located in Greenwich. The Service is hit-or-miss, but the amenities and the overall property are very good.

Lovely staff the rooms were amazing and the location was perfect we were close by to everything. Only downside was the pool was not ready for use which was kind of a bummer with the kids but everything else was awesome!

Conveniently located to major roadways, comfortable state of the art room, quiet, clean, and luxurious .

Great hotel, very clean and lots of advanced tech to work with once you're in the room. You'll want to familiarize yourself with the handout you're given when checking in so you know "how to" power curtains, lights etc. Continental breakfast was great, much more than we expected. Beds were comfortable, shower was great.

Pool wasn’t open for the season so not much to do on site. Very cute property and they had a nice continental breakfast in their little cafe and a great dinner at the restaurant on site. Staff were very welcoming.
