Very clean & put together

It was okay, nothing great, nothing horrible.

Room and bathroom was nice, loved the included storage space for clothes, etc...

What was problematic with the property: There are 11 small things that were problematic. Any 2 or 3 of these bothersome issues would not have been a problem; however, the compilation of issues added up and left us feeling this place needed help, plus they were charging too much for a place with so many problems! (1) Despite the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, there was very limited space on which to unpack our items. The counter space surrounding the bathroom sink was nearly non-existent, there was no place to hang a hand towel or bath towel or personal toiletries; (2) The room in general, while plenty spacious, only had a place for one suitcase (despite being a 4 person room); (3) the cabinetry for clothing was shelves, not pull out drawers, requiring the guest to bend over and reach deep into the shelving unit for their desired items. It would have been grand if at least those were sliding shelves, a;though drawers would have been better, especially since this was a handicapped accessible room; {There are 7 more concerns}

The room was very clean and comfortable. We all slept well. I did use the hot tub and it was very clean and well maintained. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning had some good choices and was hot and fresh. We did have to pay an extra fee for parking for this location.

It was ok

The property is old and in need of renovation. The mattress was much too firm. The woman at the front desk at check in was excellent. The woman at the desk for the next several evenings was not friendly, had an aggressive and harsh attitude, and made it a point to say that NO Hilton Honors benefits would be provided - no meal credit (I am a Hilton Honors Gold), and no points, since I booked through Expedia. Parking in an open lot that wasn’t in very good shape was pay to park. Neither the Bar or The restaurant were open the first evening. The next morning the breakfast buffet, to include the coffee thermos, were not kept up. There was almost no one in the dining area but the eggs and other buffet items were either out or very low. No fresh fruit, the yoghurt was room temperature and the serving area was a mess. The room was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in, there were toenails in the shower, wash clothes had stains, hand towels were well worn and stained, bath towels had holes. This was clearly the worse Hilton property I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many. I was a Diamond level Hilton Honors member for years and I have seen a decline across most Hilton properties in recent years, but this one was exceptionally bad.

The staff genuinely seemed happy to be there and very proficient and helpful . The front desk staff superb with attention to detail. The lady that sets out the breakfast, I do t know how to pronounce her name and Stephanie at the front desk were especially stand out. Made me feel like small town hospitality in a big city. Because of this exceptional staff I will keep coming back.all of the employees i encountered were wonderful.

Good location. About 20-25 minutes from downtown. Clean rooms. Great staff. Would stay here again!

Overall, the stay was amazing. Would stay again. Only thing is cost of breakfast. I feel like complementary breakfast for the cost of the weekend is a must.

Overall the room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was a little smaller than I expected but it was good and hot tub was nice. I was only disappointed with the shower head while taking a shower it wasn’t shooting out with much pressure. Other than that I was happy band would recommend anyone to stay here.
