my friend and i waited about 20 minutes before the front desk receptionist was able to check us in. Also, the walls a kinda thin so you can definitely hear others in rooms beside you

Looks to be an older hotel that has been remodeled. The bathroom was great.

The property looks nice from the outside, but once you get inside—especially the rooms—it doesn't reflect what you're paying for. Maintenance is something they really need to improve. The rugs were old and worn, the hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the leather sofa and pillows had a certain smell. One of the towels in the bathroom smelled like it had been sitting there for a long time. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations.

Clarion Inn was the worst hotel experience I've ever endured. There were essentially zero amenities, and the overall stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

I stayed here a couple years ago for a work trip, and the property was fine, but it is so much better now. Everything was clean, quiet, and convenient for where we needed to go. They have the ability to do hot food in the kitchen, but we didn't have time that morning for them to make it. They have convenience food for on the go. The parking is free with the stay, so that is better than a lot of the hotels in the area and as you get closer to downtown.

I also tried to do laundry during my stay, but the dryer did not work, leaving my clothes damp and having to go to an outside laundromat taking my quarters.. To make matters worse the carpeting is so old and dirty that I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot. I experienced itching and had to wear shoes in the room at all times because I suspected there may be mites or other issues with the carpet’s cleanliness. Overall, this hotel appears poorly maintained, with broken amenities and unacceptable housekeeping standards. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

A little run down but for the price worth it.

Easy place to stay, large rooms. Somewhat falling into disrepair, carpets in the hallways aren’t tacked down anymore, ceilings have water damage and are falling apart in many places, there was black mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. It was clear the staff are cleaning things, always people cleaning in places but it doesn’t seem like repairs are happening. Pool is in the same shape, our feet were covered in peeling paint, the water isn’t heated and the kids had to keep getting out as their lips were blue.

My room was below average for what I paid, $150/ nite...bathroom below average and overall general appearance and upkeep of the property I give 3 out of 5. I wouldn't book here again.

The room had a real bad smell. I had to open up the windows to sleep. The hotel is very run down.

Good budget hotel. No breakfast included. Wallpaper peeling in the room. Unknown stains on the wall. Bed was comfy. Nice amount of pillows. We were in town for a wedding, so this hotel worked fine for us. It was priced right.

Was a great experience for my first summer smash! Hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing, especially Leticia. I will be back!
