Front desk was not friendly or helpful.

The overall facility was good for the price - pretty dated and appears under construction. Moldy smell within hallways

This will be my third time staying at the Doubletree what I love about staying there is the atmosphere. There’s always a wedding family reunion or a event where it involves patrons guest of all ages with it being in a small hotel it’s it makes you feel that you’re in a safe spot not only that you’re right across the street from the Oakbrook mall which has a lot of stores, restaurants and the AMC theater

This hotel was so outdate that the walls are brown. It’s pretty clean just ugly inside the rooms, cheap looking! You can tell that they don’t have microwaves in the rooms which they don’t! Definitely not worth it unless you have to! Staff was pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in close proximity to the freeway, mall, restaurants..

Not so good poor cleaning

After 20 minites I went down to meet the rest of our peers and the line was backed up again and only the elder lady at the Front. My friends had to wait over 20 minites to register. Also there was no shower courtain at #450 and my friends room phone and safety box did not work and needed up being moved to another room

The property was in a good location and there was easy parking, and that is about all. We had multiple issues with our room. Maintenance had to be called 3 different times (including once at midnight due to a fridge leaking water all over the floor). Front desk was not helpful in resolving. What was a quick 3 night stay, felt like a month due to all of the issues we had.

Nice stay, breakfast was not worth paying for.

Construction ongoing throughout and parts of the hotel in disrepair (i.e. the lettering on the wall, the jacuzzi, the air conditioning in the gym, the drooping drywall in my shower).

The lobby area was clean. The pool was nice but almost hot tub temperatures. Conveniently located near a mall with lots of things for my father-in-law to do with the kids while we attended a wedding.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here on my next visit.

There is no fridge no microwave the bed was queen size but small needs to remodel the rooms

Terrible...reserved a balcony room left twice and came back room still wasn't ready. They moved us to another room because of this into a suite with Terrible water in the shower..otherwise the suite was ok but not what I wanted nor paid for...not happy with stay at all
